We had our wedding at Serafino McLaren Vale a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier that we picked the perfect place. The location - ceremony by the lake under the gum tree, the reception - Al fresco, the food and wine - amazing! Some of the best we had while in Adelaide. The people especially Gabby - have made...

Booked Serafino as part of a McLaren Vale wine trip from Sydney with my parents (combined with trail hopper wine tour which I can also highly recommend). Would stay again. Serafino provides good motel style accommodation in a wonderful setting a 20/30 min walk to the centre of town. Lovely relaxing in the pool in the sunshine at the end...

The hotel is built in many ways in the style of an old motel - single storey, parking in front of each room and that familiar basic layout. But the rooms (and the bed) are bigger and much nicer. Also the hotel is new so everything feels new and is of decent quality. Each room has both a front and...

Thought we'd stay some where nice in the McLaren Vale. Looked through the booking sites and found Serafino at $140 a night. Rang to double check availability and told they had one room left at $200! So we winged it and booked via the booking website. Yes, we paid $140 and the place only had a couple of guests! So...

The place is ideally situated with huge grounds and a lake with ducks, geese and other birds within the grassy surrounds and under the huge gum trees. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable with all amenities in the bathroom. Nice place to stay.

My family and I were looking forward to a comfortable nights stay at Serafinos however there was a rave next door and the loud music kept us from sleeping. I'm a light sleeper and the sound was awful. Felt like there were speakers in the room. Nice venue/restaurant however this bad experience has turned us off. None of the reception...

A very nice and comfortable hotel / motel. Big rooms, plenty of closet space, a big desk to work on. Modern, very functional bathrooms. A centrally located pool, a big park with wonderful Eucalyptus trees. Lovely. Friendly staff at reception and a very good restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
