The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast every morning was lovely with a great variety each day. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay there again.

It can't be easy to work at a hotel during a pandemic. The staff at the front desk have to spend their day speaking through masks and now, due to Covid-19 protocols at this hotel, they are serving coffee and preparing boxed breakfasts.
Yet the staff we met at the Beachwood Homewood Suites both at the front desk and in the halls, was extremely friendly and helpful. Anyone nervous about staying in a hotel during the pandemic, should consider this hotel. They clearly used the Hilton/Lysol cleaning standards. Even the remotes were cleaned and placed in little baggies.
I will definitely choose this hotel again if I am in the Beachwood area.

Extremely nice hotel. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy 20 min drive to downtown Cleveland. Nice Place to eat directly across from hotel. Hot breakfast was well stocked lots of variety. Coffee area was well kept. Suite was nice had a full-sized refrigerator, table with 2 chairs, sink, 2 burner stove microwave coffee service,toaster and a dish washer. Bedroom area was spacious and comfortable.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in accessible room since, my son uses a wheelchair, Room was spacious and well laid out for our needs.Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of options. Sunshine in the kitchen went above and beyond to make
sure we had what we needed for my son for breakfast. She clearly took time for each guest in the breakfast area and guests of all ages had a Good Morning for her. Beds were comfortable and room and efficiency were stocked with what we needed as a traveling family. Pool was lovely and has a pool lift that was very easy to use to get him in and off pool. This was our first stay at a Homewood Suites and we would definitely choose this for future travel.

We came to this location for one night after flying into Cleveland airport. The room was clean...the tub was very worn and stained looking, but I'm sure it was scrubbed before we got there. The bed was comfortable and there were nice toiletries and lots of disinfecting wipes, in case you wanted to use them. One thing that I haven't seen before at a Homewood was a door in the kitchen area to accommodate guests that may need connecting rooms. We didn't, and of course the door is very well locked, but we could hear every sound from the room next door! The tv was clearly audible, and the people were cooking something at 8pm that wafted into our room through this door somehow, even though it was tightly shut. So, I didn't love that. But otherwise, it was a good night's stay. The desk lady was very kind.

In the last couple of months I have stayed at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and the customer service is wonderful!!!! I want to specifically mention 3 employees that went above and beyond in customer service: Linda (Front Desk), Sunshine (Food Service) and Jearamy (Manager). Sunshine's name fits her because each time I have stayed at this hotel she has ALWAYS been helpful, cheerful and pleasant to talk to. Linda and Jearamy was wonderful in providing me the very room I needed by going above and beyond to make it happen. When I came down to the front desk or going in and out of the hotel and Linda was there, she always greeted me with a smile. I would absolutely stay at this hotel as I grade hard on cleanliness and customer service and both times I stayed here, I was not disappointed. The second time I stayed, I came to Cleveland for a wedding and told the bride and a friend who attended the wedding about this hotel and they both booked rooms. Keep up the great work!

We originally booked a different hotel about 5 mins away but there were cleanliness and safety concerns, so we drove here after calling the reservation hotline to verify vacancy, AND they let us preview the room before we purchased.
The staff is also incredibly nice. And super friendly especially since it was midnight when we checked in.
The lobby smelled great, the room was spacious and clean, and for being a studio, it has a FULL refrigerator and amenities for cooking.
For the price, it was more than worth it, for the accommodating staff, gold stars all around.

The hotel is clean, friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. The suites were perfect l, nice furniture, big rooms, clean tubs and and the kitchens were excellent especially the dishwasher. The pool was open and even though we had restrictions for breakfast because of covid, you still got to choose what you wanted and it was a well rounded menu.

This extremely comfortable, newish hotel is perfectly situated in suburban Cleveland and peripheral highways. It’s about 25 minutes from downtown and very near an array of restaurants, shopping places. For Jewish travelers, there are also kosher restaurants nearby. Clearly, the management has been prepped to be customer focused. I can strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling through Cleveland, especially for business.

Overall a great one night stay at the Homewood Suites! The property looks like it just completed renovations, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced at a Homewood suites. Water/cookies upon arrival for my gold status. Will 100% be back!

We were there prior to the national quarantine. I would suggest contacting the hotel directly. It was a great place to stay.
We had 10-12 in the out room for a late night party.
Plenty of room.
We also went to a studio with couch, chairs, table.
Again plenty of room. Not like you had just a bed and sidestep room.
Not sure how big is big, but we had plenty of room
