This is a very well priced hotel if you need to stay one or two nights near downtown Columbus. Room had clearly just been updated with new carpet, paint, and furniture. Extremely nice room for the price! Yes free parking and breakfast was usual affair. Only mild complaint was the room had just been cleaned and had very strong citrus...

This place in located in a convenient spot in German Village. It's within walking distance of several good restaurants, including Schmidt's. It's about 2 miles from many attractions in downtown Columbus. The room is not luxurious, but it is just fine unless you're one of those wimps who cries about something in every room.

This place looks like kind of a dump from the outside, and the office/reception area is maybe even worse. So I was surprised to find that my room was very nice -- updated/modern, very clean and comfortable. The location is great too ... in the unique German Village neighborhood, near lots of restaurants, a huge supermarket, etc and not too...

The curb appeal was awful. The breakfast room was just 2 tables and old food. The office was behind glass panels and looked like a tornado hit it. I tried for 3 hours to get on the internet and couldn't. Tried the next morning and still couldn't get thru. The room was big and the bathroom was updated. Looks like...

We had a new room and was very nice. Fridge, microwave and a big bed. Great value for the price. It was clean as well. Within walking distance to some nice pubbs, taverns and food. We will definitely stay here again next year.

This unassuming motel style property is way more satisfying than appearances would suggest. The location can't be beat for a stay in/around German Village. Is also convenient to downtown because it's a straight shot down South High Street (a major thoroughfare). There is a bus stop a few steps away for a bus to take you downtown; you could probably...

I have stayed here 2 times and I will be staying again in April for the Buckeyes Spring game. The hotel is great for staying the night with your friends. I wouldn't take my family here to stay. The rooms I have had were clean and that's all we really needed for our stay. Its a short walk to Thurman's...

We were looking for a moderately priced motel for a three night stay in Columbus for a softball tournament at Berliner Park. The German Village Inn motel is a less than a five minute drive to the large softball complex at Berliner Park. I was going for price and location and not style points; I was very pleased to find...

Walked around the area for over an hour, but there really wasn't much to see. Didn't eat at any of the restaurants because they weren't open. Very disappointing. Made it sound like much more on the brochure.
