A very chic quaint and well located hotel. It's on the mall road between Subhash and Gandhi chowk which is the best location. Neat clean and well appointed rooms and bathrooms, fabulous food, good service. Overall a great stay experience and I would recommend staying here whenever you visit Dalhousie

My very first visit to the picturesque hill station of Dalhousie and I came across Shangri-la and stayed here for a week. A great place to stay, neat clean and extremely well managed. The location is feasible and the views brilliant. Staff and management are warm and courteous, food is lip smackingly good. Recommended accommodation during your stay

Keep in mind to avoid the downstairs rooms in this hotel. Small but nice hotel. Staff is good. Make sure to check the view before you choose a room. The one I was in had a wall for the vie that's all. So better choose room when you are at the hotel.

We stayed there for a night..Rooms was good and spacious. Rates were reasonable. Staff was less. After check-out we waited 20 mins for a bell boy, then carried the luggage out on our own. Overall a good place to stay. It was a vegetarian hotel with rule that it will impose a fine on finding outside non-veg food in your...

The hotel's room was alright, but the service was horrible..while booking the reception guy told us a different room charge and while checking out, they charged us 200 more per day. The hotel is located somewhat away from the bus stand but they don't provide any help with luggage or directions. Finally, we decided to take a cab from the...

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, the room service was spot-on and they gave us one of the best scenic rooms. The room was apt to our requirement with hot water and heavy bedding needed in mid-march.

This hotel was full of insects everywhere in the room, balcony, toilet. Never go to this hotel. Staff also casual and not listening to customer. Rooms, beds, blankets are dull. Food poor quality and we were fearful whether any insects in food.
