I would never ever recommend this to anyone. >The room are old styled and not clean the bed linen is torn.there are insects in the room. They don't worth 8000/- per night room charges.one could easily get a hotel like this for not more than 2000/-. >Even after paying for a balcony room, we got a one without it👎 >The restaurant staff is rude, cold and uncourteous. Even after repeated requests, the table was not clean and it took them a 3rd reminder to clean the table full of left food of the previous guests. >A simple request if adding chilli to my food went unheard, the staff brought the same food without changes twice ,even after complaining.either they are dumb or carries a different attitude altogether. All in all ,my worst experience in this category priced hotel. >The buffet spread and > location is another negative point. > The wifi doesn't work either. Although the front office staff /GM was polite and understanding. Other than him, none of the amenities they have could score them a good review.Having an indoor pool or play area can not help you ,if you don't have clean rooms and good hospitality people in your staff . Sorry but disappointed.

I booked this Hotel for 2 nights(with family) in mid of April during a long weekend. Although hotel seemed to be packed but still hotel staff was very courteous and co-operative. The quality of food is also good - it has got limited breakfast and dinner options(mine was breakfast and dinner included) but the quality was good. It's hygienic. The location is also good and its within 100 meters from Bus Stand. There is indoor swimming pool(was closed at the time of travel) , and mini Garden, Kids play activities. It was fun. Areas of improvement - There happened to be a indisciplined/rowdy group of some 5-6 people in next room who created some fuss(drunk people singing loudly till 12 AM). Hotel staff was still in a request mode and failed to enforce compliance to Hotel Stay policies.

Very old and shabby hotel third class facilities, below surface hotel in fact in basement, you will not find any window with natural view and no medical facility at all, they charged 5500/- per day while actual charge should not be more than 2000/-. Travel agent committed great new year party but it was worst in my life, there was a street like hall with village reception like theme, no food served, no snacks, no performing groups, no liquors just sit there and see some street dancers among us . VERY IRRITATING EXPERIENCE. Even I will recommend 3 great hotel nearby: 1. Mountain View 2. Grand View 3. Indraprastha These are superb hotel worth money spent.

If you have a feeling of Love for the mountains, Himachal is the best place to visit. Further, Dalhousie is the least explored among all the destinations in Himachal. Hotel Dalhousie Heights was our host for the weekend and i have to say, it was a mind refreshing experience. From the spacious contemporary rooms to the delicious multi cuisine food, it was nothing else but a Heavenly experience. The staff was polite and took care of everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The early morning view from the room with breakfast at bed, was a perfect beginning of the day. The view is to die for. The only hotel with a Swimming Pool, but our bad luck it was winter and we could not dive in. The Lawn has a great nature view and perfect for evening bonfire. We requested for Bar-be-Que snacks during the bonfire and the staff agreed. The only missing element was live Music. It was a perfect evening, but Live Music would have added a cherry on the cake. We enjoyed our stay and would surely suggest everyone reading this, to book and visit the property for sure !! Thanks Dalhousie Heights for having us.

For someone who love mountains & wish to wake up to a scenic valley view, Hotel Dalhousie Heights is everything you’ve been looking for. This was my home for three days & I have fallen in love with this gorgeous property. From beautiful corners to luxurious rooms, from the most delectable food (which is rare to find) to breathtaking view from the room, this place has won my heart. Trust me when I say this, they serve the most delicious food in town, I did not once step out of my hotel for meals. Starting with the interiors, the place has warm & cozy wooden lodge ambience, which works magically in the cold weather of Dalhousie. The staff is polite & makes sure that your stay is comfortable. Moving on to the view from the rooms, each room of the hotel has a valley view, which is breathtaking beautiful. You’ll witness the most beautiful mornings standing in the balcony, looking at the river surrounded by the lush green valleys & dense mountains. It’s a view to die for ❤️ If you’re planning a vacation to the mountains, then you must explore Dalhousie. It’s a beautiful city & at this time you’ll also experience snowfall. Book your stay at Dalhou Heights & thank me later. Happy holidays!

One of the worst hotels i have seen so far. There were so many issues with the rooms allotted to us from dirty linens, curtains, chairs to poorly maintained toliets. Further, the staff at the reception desk was worst behaved staff I have ever interacted before. Worst experience overall

Very dissappointed by the room provided by the hotel Dalhousie Heights. The hotel reception is very arrogant and not very good in taking criticism the room provided was no where near a 3 star hotel standard. We asked to change the room they blatantly refused. It's really not worth RS 6000 per night stay. Please see what's right for you before visiting Dalhousie. Ambience is one more issue I forgot to mention.
