Police Bazaar is the heart of the city of Shillong. Cafe Shillong B&B is a 15 minutes walk from there and the time taken is due to the uphill and not because of the distance. Taxi had cost me 100 rupees. It is situated amidst the residential area and is quite peaceful. The property is excellent and so are its people. You can walk downhill to Wards Lake for a morning walk which is very near to this place.
