Just been back a week from this hotel and had a brilliant time (our 2nd visit) and noticed on a recent review it was mentioned about going on the hotel bus to Ag Nik didnt know they ran such a service could someone please advise me about this as it was somewhere we wanted to visit but not on the Thomson trip which included Amazonas park as we did this trip on our first visit and didn't get to spend enough time in Ag Nik .

I am so sorry for not replying to your message, only just this minute read it! I must admit the only time I log on to Trip Advisor is when I want to read the reviews. Just checked my review and I don't think I mentioned getting a bus but my sister did and she just said it was fine! Not much help I know but it seems so long ago now :-( Anyway, I hope you had a lovely holiday and manage to get to Ag Nik, where ever that is
