We loved our 2-bedroom apartment in the Lodge section of the hotel. Very spacious, decent kitchen, nicely decorated, very comfortable. The closest thing to a complaint was that since we were on the north side of the building, the blazing nighttime sun made the room...More

We stayed in room 306 which has views over Longyearbyen. The location is central but everything is. The room was spacious and comfortable. Includes free wifi and the breakfast was good. The Svalbar next door has good meals at reasonable prices.

Dear katerabalais Thank you for this wonderful review of us. We are so glad that we could offer you a great experience. It does indeed make everything a little bit more of a challenge to run a hotel in the most northern town on earth!...More

There is two buses one goes to Radisson and the other does a circle of all hotels, Svalbard hotel was 2nd or 3rd drop off and it's a 70m to the hotel reception.

Reservation starts normally at 15:00, so the best is to reserve the day before and let them know you are a late check in so that you have a room ready on arrival.
