A warm welcome from Mike greeted us. The room was spotless, airy and well equipped with all the usual facilities, plus a few extra touches like cards and dominoes, chocolates and sweeties.
The bed was comfortable and warm.
Breakfast was served with a smile and was plentiful; we had the full English with fried bread! A rare treat in these health conscious times! Both Erika and Mike were friendly, chatty and nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely come back and will recommend to all our friends.
Do you keep a'troshing bor!!

A really lovely friendly b&b. Mike and Erika run the b&b and we’re just a lovely couple. The room was big and spotless loads of extras in the room and the breakfast was fresh and tasty and plenty of it. It was our anniversary and when we returned to our room we had a bottle of bubbly and a hand made card waiting for us. Really lovely couple and I would definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending ERIKAS bed and breakfast.

This is the third time Frank and I have stayed at this lovely bnb. Erika and Mike are two Norfolk gems. It's such a warm and friendly base especially in these covid times. Lovely quiet rooms, comfy and spotlessly clean. So great to see how they had put everything in place to keep their guests covid free, it was really reasuring.
Every time we come we explore a little more of the coast and wonderful inland countryside, there's always a surprise round the corner.

My Husband and I came to Fakenham to visit Family. Ericas BB had been recommended to us and such a lovely stay we had there.
Erica and her Husband Mike could not have been more accommodating very kind helpful people. The room was just perfect very clean and homely with an ensuite bathroom It was very comfortable and warm.
Ericas Breakfasts were amazing!!! Choices for every taste. Basic cereal and toast to a full English Breakfast Whow!
I would very Highly Recommend this BB it is situated 3mins walk to the centre of Fakenham so very well positioned. Parking is available outside Ericas BB So yes what more can I say. Just visit and enjoy as we did!!!

We have stayed at Erikas many times and every time we get the same great service and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It was the first time we had room 5 and we were very impressed with the facilities, in particular the wet room and rain head shower, so much so we have requested this room again when we visit later in the year. Thanks Erika and Mike for a lovely time.

We stayed at Erika's for a full week from 3rd to 10th July 22 and what a fabulous B & B this is. The moment we walked in we received a great friendly welcome from the hosts Erika & Mike. We had booked the ground floor room due to my wife's inability to climb stairs very well. The room was perfect with it's own on suite wet room.
The breakfast was exceptional, you had a vast choice of cereals together with fresh orange juice and a full English to die for.
If you are considering a visit to the Fakenham area, we can highly recommend Erika's.

Brian & Sandra. West Yorkshire.

Erika's is an absolutely gem - lovely clean and comfortable en suite room with so many homely and helpful touches - just about as good as it could possibly get. Early starts meant we were treated to the brilliant packed lunches - nothing was too much trouble. A lovely friendly home from home run by a lovely friendly couple.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at Erika's. The house is in a convenient and quiet area of the town near to places like Aldi and Tesco, the library, local church and community centre. The room I stayed in was cosy and well furnished with a very clean en-suite bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and ample storage space is provided in the room. All basic amenities were provided, there was also cable TV, puzzle books, and a helpful guidebook about the BnB's history and tips for exploring Fakenham. Erika is very knowledgeable about her town and I enjoyed chatting with her in the dining room when she's about. Breakfast or a packed lunch was provided during my stay depending on my preference for the day, Erika is very generous with her portions and I was well fed while staying with her. She and Mike are lovely and professional hosts and I would love to stay at her place again on my next visit to Fakenham.

I’ve just come back from a four night stay at Erika’s. It is a lovely B&B, run by Erika and husband Mike who are so friendly and welcoming. I had a large and very comfortable en suite room which had everything you’d expect. The bed was very comfortable- which makes a change from most places I’ve stayed recently. The breakfasts are excellent and very generous.

There is a very safe place for cycle storage as well.

It’s centrally located in Fakenham too with parking outside on a quiet private road.

I’d definitely recommend it.

Very friendly, Erika and her husband are on hand to help with anything. The rooms are simple but comfortable with tea, coffee and nibbles provided. The cooked breakfast was very nice with plenty of cereal and toast available too.
