Really enjoyed our stay at The Gables. Excellent service, very friendly owner, nothing too much trouble, would certainly stay again if in the area. Resident cat very welcoming too. Great quiet location, close to beach and town and free parking available outside the property. Stayed in a double room with a balcony, very clean with everything we needed for a...

Easy to find and only a five minute walk (if that) to the seafront. Parked on the street where the property is located. Warm welcome from Linda. Our room was one with a balcony which provided a lovely view of the sea. Step down to the bathroom. The only slight downside for me was that the shower was an attachment...

The gables is a beautiful guest house situated on the sea front of hunstanton. The sea view rooms are beautiful and Linda the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the best I've had in a guest house with a lot of variety and the option to change what you have every day if you wish. The...

We took our granddaughter here for a few days, we were greeted with a friendly welcome and stay, the breakfast was fabulous, room clean and comfortable. An ideal base to stay at for discovering the surrounding area. Our granddaughter loves the cat. Would recommend a stay at this quiet and welcoming b&b

A small, very welcoming establishment in a quiet street, a pleasant five minute walk to the sea front and the centre of town. Our room was a converted garage by the side of the main house, which was superb if a tad small. Our view is we were only there to sleep so it didn't matter. The breakfast menu was...

Lovely location, being situated overlooking the sensory garden. Easy walking distance into the town and attractions. The room could definitely use a refurb. Very noisy extractor in the toilet. Stayed for 2 nights. Window had to be held open with a bit of wood. Bathroom fittings looking very tired. Toilet needed flushing 2or3 times to clear. Appreciate its an old...

Got there late and as promised key was ready for us, rooms ok but need a lick of paint in fact the whole place needs a bit of TLC. Breakfast nice but we had to order the day before I'm sorry but I really don't want to order my breakfast for Sunday at 4.00pm on a Saturday afternoon. Its a...

Unexpectedly delighted to find we were staying in the previous home of Herbert Ibberson. The Gables retains many of the original features including wooden panelling, leaded windows and I think the gate is original too. Many houses close by are well worth a look and Boston Square very well designed and kept. Sunset's amazing with paragliders zooming through the air...
