No9 Guesthouse is a traditional Carr stone house in Hunstanton but deceptive its definitely a tardis !. Its traditional frontage belies a modern clean look inside , but retaining some of the Victorian features. We have 5 letting Bedrooms 2 rooms of which are wheelchair friendly ground floor chalets in our courtyard. . We have over 18 years experience in hospitality and after attempting retirement, we are back doing what we love best.

Detailed Reviews
Just had a few relaxing days staying at this bed and breakfast. Maria and Stuart are excellent hosts. The room we stayed in was beautifully clean comfortable and roomy as it is adapted for people with mobility issues and includes a large wet room also there is a small fridge, an excellent addition. Breakfast is a fresh cooked full English or a healthy fruit salad with home made Greek yoghurt and granola (my personal favorite). Only a couple of minutes walk to the sea front, shops and pubs. Will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

We stayed at this guesthouse in room number 5 which is located at the back of the guesthouse and I gotta be honest it was fabulous. It’s disabled friendly, also good for us as we came back late to our room so we knew we wouldn’t disturb anybody.
There was fresh milk, bottled water, tea & coffee and biscuits replenished each day also fresh towels too. The room was so clean and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here. It’s a minutes walk to the Main Street and about 2 minutes to the beach front, lots of lovely cafes & restaurants nearby. We didn’t order breakfast as we didn’t know what time we would get up lol 😂

We’ve just returned home from a fabulous 2 nights stay at No.9 in Hunstanton, and I have to say it was a great couple of days!
Cleanliness was spot-on, and we had everything in our room that we needed, from fresh milk and filtered water in a mini fridge, to an assortment of toiletries in the bathroom.
The comfy bed was made with crisp white sheets (a real treat in these days of quilts)
which all made for a good nights sleep.
Stuart & Maria are such friendly hosts, and nothing was too much trouble - but the best thing of all was the breakfast… we’ve never come across anything like it before!
Perfectly cooked, tasty local produce. We ate that, and aside from an afternoon slice of cake, we didn’t need another thing all day!
We will certainly return 😊

We had a lovely stay in this very pleasant Guest House which is run by a very friendly and helpful couple. The Guest House is in a central position and we were able to access both the shops and the beach on foot. There are plenty of places to eat both for a light lunch and dinners again all in walking distance.
Our en-suite room was lovely and clean with crisp fresh linen and towels. The room provided all our needs including shower gel and shampoo etc in the bathroom, tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk & mineral water in the fridge.
Great choice for breakfast which was both enjoyable and very filling. We will definitly return for another relaxing stay.

This recent stay was a belated birthday trip for my sister, which had been postponed from earlier in the year. We were fortunate to be able to rebook as I wouldn't imagine Stuart and Maria have many vacancies in their lovely guesthouse at this time of the year, particularly as we needed the room with disabled access. We were very impressed with everything - the room was perfect (the mini fridge an unexpected bonus), and the healthy full English breakfast set us up for the day. Stuart and Maria are very welcoming hosts, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and hope to return.

We booked 2 rooms for me and my wife plus another for Daughter in law and grandson.
The rooms were cosy and absolutely spotless.
Great ensuite bathrooms in both. There was a fridge with milk and water provided and Tea/Coffee (with biscuits!) making facilities.
The hosts Stuart had Maria were so friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was superb with quality local butchers produce.
Located a 5 minutes walk to the sea front with shops, restaurants etc. en route.
All in all an excellent weekend away in an excellent Guesthouse. It's a 5 star all the way!

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 night stay at no 9. Guest house. Maria and Stuart are welcoming. The room was amazing, clean and had everything you would need. It didn't feel like your average b&b it felt more like a second home. I was ill the second day but Maria and Stuart went well above and beyond what i would expect to ensure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We are already planning our next trip here. The breakfast was perfect I've had lots of fry ups in different places but I would give this 20 out of 10 everything was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend no 9 guest house to anyone looking for a amazing place to stay. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Visited with my mother as a mini break. Stuart and Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating. Their attention to detail, the breakfast brought to our room, the parking for our car and even their recommendation of where to go for dinner. Highly recommend the location of Number 9 - just a few steps to the shops and restaurants and minutes to the beach.
Highly recommend a visit to No. 9 - you will not be disappointed.
Thank you Maria and Stuart 😘

Highly recommend the disabled room. Purpose built to high specifications and modifications are all first class. In a sunny, walled courtyard shared with owners mother.
Pleasant room, light and airy, with comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Bathroom is exemplary wet room with shower chair and easy to operate controls.
Breakfast is excellent, service in the room if required and owner is very obliging.

No.9 is a hidden gem. Small when viewing purely from the street, a tardis once inside. A spotlessly clean guest house with a very comfortable bed waiting for you. Fresh milk and water kept in the mini-fridge. A good complimentary tray of biscuits, teas and coffees. An excellent shower. Above all, Stuart makes your stay! One of the warmest, friendliest B&B owners I have met on my recent travels. The crowning glory of your stay, however, is the full English breakfast. Similes and metaphors cannot pay it enough compliments. Excellent produce, nicely cooked. This is extra but more than worth it. The whole experience from my arrival to my departure was like visiting a friend. When back in beautiful West Norfolk, I would re-book in a heartbeat. Thank you, Stuart - keep doing what you are doing because it works!
