First time staying here and would definitely return. Warm welcome, family run, very clean and homely. Very relaxing and good view of sensory gardens opposite. Lovely shower which was so good we used every day whether we needed to or not. Plenty of tea and coffee with special touches like teapot, tea towel and fresh milk given. Fitted wardrobe with...

My wife and myself have stayed here three times and it is excellent. Extremely welcoming host plus wife and young children. Everything very clean, breakfast comprehensive and our double room very nice overlooking the quiet gardens opposite. Only 50 metres from the sea (entrance to the Wash) and a very quiet part of town with no through traffic. Also a...

I have spent many enjoyable holidays at the Miramar, often several a year, met several other guests who like me are 'regulars. Once again, a welcome from the owner and family also great service and lovely breakfast with delicious exotic fruit. Even in high season my spotless and comfortable room in the front of the hotel was quiet. Wonderful weather...

When booking the room earlier in the week I mentioned that I would be coming later in the afternoon (out with a walking group and not knowing the exact time). Around 4pm I called to say I'd be there shortly only to learn that there was a double-booking. Not much help was provided to find alternative accommodation ('have a look...

We stayed here for one night with our two year old son. The B&B was recommended to us by the Tourist Informaation Office as it was happy to take our son (so many B&Bs do not want children). Although a little dated the place was immaculately clean and the paintwork spotless. Our family room was very comfortable and we had...
