The two of us (and our poodle) stayed for three nights. We got back a couple of days ago. The Claremont is in an ideal location - a quiet road (our room faced the front) which is only a few minutes' walk to the town centre and the beach. Our room was very clean and modern and full of little touches to make the stay very comfortable such as a folding luggage rack and an extension socket under the bed. The bed was large and comfortable with two pillows each and a good duvet. Fluffy towels, nice smelling shower gel and a warm towel rack in the bathroom. The owners, Des and Mo were very friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast was tasty and really set us up for the day until dinner time. Definitely a place for us to go back to for another relaxing and comfortable stay.

Stayed at this Guest house for 3 nights Des and Mo were very welcoming the rooms have every thing you could want a lovely tea tray which they offer to top up and a good supply of toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The breakfast was excellent a good choice of quality ingredients and nothing was too much trouble a great stay

What a lovely guest house. From the minute you arrive it feels like home. This is our second stay. We stayed for ten day's in July and seven day's in October. Des and Mo are such a lovely couple and would do anything for you. The breakfast is top class and set's you up for the day (compliments to the Chef ) The room we really love is room no.7 so cozy and comfortable, best bed's and pillows we have ever slept in. This guest house is also in a great location just a few hundred yards from the town.

We had visited on a number of occasions and the previous owners were wonderful. This time it was very different. Spotlessly clean but the new owners were always supervising us , didn’t leave us in peace at breakfast ( which was very dry and probably precooked ). Also no cheques were accepted - only cash or credit card at a higher price !!!

we have check records and found no one from Germany has stopped here. Trip advisor has stated i must respond. 1) " owners supervising us" - Not sure what is happening in Germany but we have covid 19 over here and our main priority is to protect everyone who stays here. We apologise if people feel they are being supervised.! 2)" Dry beakfast" once again not sure what you get in gemany, but all cooked to order and had you stayed here you would know this. At the claremont all breakfasts are not swimming in oil, we find all our guests prefer this. 3) "no cheques" Absolutely untrue and had you actually had stopped here ypou would know that to be untrue, It als does not matter how you pay always the same price had you have stopped here you would know that to be true. I am sure if everyone reads the 100's of positive reviews they will make their own mind up as to whether it is worth stopping here. Had a lovely long weekend in Hunstanton. So pleased we booked the Claremont, as the welcome was great and the breakfast set us up for the day. The guesthouse is in the perfect location for all amenities, so once you’re parked up, you don’t need to move the car till you go home. We will return.

Just returned home following a two night stay at Claremont Guest House. Des and Mo made our family extremely welcome accommodating us in 4 of their 7 rooms. Each room perfectly met our needs. Room 1, ground floor twin room ideal for those with mobility difficulties and an enormous walk in shower. Room 4, is a large double room with arm chairs in a bay window which look down the road to the sea. Lovely to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits (replenished during the stay) with a great view. Really recommend this room! The family room accommodates 2 adults and 2 children perfectly on the top floor. Room 5 is a single room ideal for my teenage son. The pictures on the website accurately represent our findings and every part of the guest house is very clean and well maintained.
We made use of the comfortable guest lounge to spend time as a family.
Breakfast was good quality and delicious, served fresh to your liking. Each table has its own toaster.
Plenty of street parking available.
The location is great for shops, the beach and sea, amusements, bars, cafes and restaurants. This guest house is a must if looking to stay in Hunstanton. Thank you Des and Mo for a wonderful family weekend to remember.

We stayed at Claremont for three nights ,with our granddaughter.
We chose you,as our normal B & b could not give us a family room.
We were not disappointed,lovely hosts,Des & Mo,room very spacious for a family and certainly very clean.
Towels white and very soft,toiletries provided,fridge downstairs in which to chill items.
Guest lounge was lovely,but we had no need to use it.
Bedding superb.
Room fragrances everywhere!
Breakfast great,never had to wait long!
We will be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the lovely Claremont house which is situated in an ideal location in Hunstanton. A warm friendly welcome from Mo and Des when we arrived created a nice relaxing atmosphere throughout the duration of our 6 night stay. Room no.3 with four poster bed and a sea view was light, airy and beautifully clean with plenty of hot water for baths/showers. Home comforts tea/coffee/milk/biscuits etc were plentiful and replenished daily. There was a variety of choices for breakfast, we opted for the full English which was delicious and made with top quality ingredients. Off street parking is possible for a couple of cars but not a problem as there is plenty of parking on the quiet road outside. We'll be returning next year and highly recommend !

We traveled to Hunstanton and booked the Cleremont guesthouse based on previous reviews and at very short notice. We were not disappointed. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The proprietors, Des and Mo, were attentive, warm and friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. My wife and I generally book hotels when we travel in the UK but Des and Mo have changed our perspective of a seaside break. We will definitely be booking at the Cleremont when we return to Hunstanton for another break.

Well what can i say my husband booked this Beautiull guest house as we were attending our friends wedding. We were made to very very welcome from our arrival through to our departure. Our room had a four poster bed it had everything we needed the bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean, we had lots of tea and coffee facilities which were very welcome. The guest house is right in the centre just a short stroll from the beach and all the shops. I must say compliments to the Chef as the breakfast was wonderful we had a cooked breakfast with toast we didn't have the cereals as that would have been way too much, Des and Mo are fabulous hosts nothing is too much trouble, we can't wait to rebook and to visit again

Yes we have a limited number of spaces and generally pretty good on bank holidays
