This property is in a charming location and has an abundance of character. It has all the facilities as described. We had a gathering with friends and really enjoyed our stay. There was a few things that we would comment on but that's personal preference more than anything wrong. The only thing that let this down was the administration as... More

We booked this property to holiday and celebrate my husbands significant birthday with our family and grandchildren. Upon arrival the property looked as nice as we expected from the web site, however this was not to last. The garden was neglected with uncut grass, also found old dog mess on it, totally unsuitable for our toddlers. Further dissapointments were to... More

Exactly why these guests have chosen to wait over 8 months before posting this review is beyond us. Especially as, despite there being difficulties on both sides, a verbal contract/agreement was made on the morning of their departure over posh coffee and fresh pastries, provided by us, to part on good terms with no further retributions on either side. It... More

Us and 2 other families visited this lodge for a New Years stay, it was a lovely holiday, yet I don't think it was the building that primarily made it. To begin with the building did look stunning, with a lovely country feel. We were met by 2 lovely ladies who gave us a warm welcome and helped to unpack... More

Manor Lodge !!! What an excellent, supurb location to spend a hoilday; the lodge has everthing you need. Indoor pool, sauna and gym were invaluable, especially for the children as they used the facilities every day. We used the patio area at the rear of the property at least six times for bbq's - the sunsets were stunning. Plenty of... More

The pool and sauna were a fantastic addition and the garden was a perfect suntrap. The house is ideally located for a quiet weekend and to explore the local countryside and coastline, perfect... Just back from a three day stay at Manor Lodge. This time I took my fourteen year-old niece and her friend; they adored everything about the place. My niece said how at home she felt and how welcoming Katrina was. She loved Alfie, the Great Dane, who is a gentle giant. We spent loads of time in the wonderfully warm... More

Where to begin.... Such a wonderful place to stay and explore the Norfolk coast and broads. We loved the beautiful suite to stay in and Katrina was such a wonderful host - she really made us feel at home. Katrina went to extra lengths to accommodate us with our 10 month old baby. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we... More

Katrina has done it again! - Having just spent the day in the beautifully maintained surroundings of Manor Lodge at my nieces' wedding reception. Everything organised and presented to perfection, Marquee, food, flowers, bar, Katrina and her team of helpers did Catherine & Gemma proud. Lovely people, lovely food, lovely weather and a wedding to remember. Katrina also hosted guests... More
