Warm welcome, comfortable lounge, lovely room, top notch breakfast - what more can you ask for?! Can't recommend the Coach House highly enough if looking for a cosy place to stay in the area. Best B&B I've ever stayed in.

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful welcoming experience from the minute we arrived. The Coach House is a delightful and charming property which is further enhanced by the owners collection of interesting memorabalia. Ian was attentive and a lovely cup of tea on arrival was gratefully received. The bedroom and en-suite were a good size with all...

We stayed here for a night to attend a wedding reception and were delighted to have found such a gorgeous place. The owners are lovely and gave us a very warm welcome and a much needed pot of tea, plus good advice about where to find some food ( I can recommend the Gunton Arms as well!). The room was...

Cannot fault - very pleasant, comfortable room with en-suite BATH room (bigger than mine), use of large living room (much bigger than mine), etc. and very good value that will be hard to beat. Ian & Emma couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - good conversation and sense of humour. Only thing we couldn't understand is why they were...

A most beautiful bed and breakfast in the middle of North Walsham although you wouldn't know it. Serene, spacious and luxury bed covers! The room was really comfortable and clean with a lovely big bath and to die for shower! We were made very welcome and had a huge front room all to ourselves as guests. The breakfast was fantastic...

Great B&B, Martyn who runs it was formerly an AA Hotel Inspector. He certainly knows how to run a B&B, little details like turning back the bedding back on the very comfy bed ready for us tired travellers to hop into it. A very good breakfast is provided using quality local food and four different home made marmalades. He even...

Four of us came to North Walsham to surprise a friend and we all really enjoyed our stay at the coach house. It really is a perfect B&B. The building is a lovely, quirky place which Ian and Sarah renovated over the years they've been there and they really have done a great job. Our room was beautiful with everything...

Our weekend at the Coach House had all the essentials of home; Wi-fi, bath-robes, hot-shower and a comfy bed with feather pillows. Breakfast was totally of our choice, fresh berries and organic yoghurt, followed by a beautifully cooked full-English. Ian aims to please, and makes you feel welcome to share the comforts of his characterful home and his obvious passions...
