Stayed at Pentland Lodge a few times over the years and always a pleasure to come back! The owners a very lovely and accommodating! The breakfast is beautiful and a great start to the morning, sitting in their bright and airy conservatory. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and you always feel relaxed and comfortable, more like you're staying...

We came to Sheringham and had decided to stay for one night but had nothing booked. So as we walked around looking for a room for the night we came across Pentland Lodge, and luckily Janette had one room left and didn't mind us only staying one night (unlike other B&B's). We couldn't have found a nicer place, very welcoming...

We decided to leave the heat and humidity of the Midlands and sought the lovely Norfolk air. We received the warmest welcome from Janette who has a delightful welcoming smile. We were given tea and biscuits on the patio which was a lovely greeting after a very hot journey. Nice clean room on the ground floor with a comfortable bed....

I had been recommended Sheringham as a place to stay and I loved it. Janette made we feel very welcome at Pentland Lodge and even came to pick me up at the station (and she took me back when I had to go home). What service! I had a lovely big double room, delicious breakfasts and Janette was great company...

We wanted to get away for a short break just before Xmas. Having visited Sheringham previously we picked Pentland Lodge as it offered an apartment with two bedrooms and a seperate lounge with a TV. Janette made us very welcome and the breakfasts were great. Winston (the Golden Retreaver is a real charmer!) All in all a great weekend break....

Since giving up work last year I have been travelling around exploring the southern half of the country which has meant staying in quite a few B&Bs. Pentland Lodge without doubt has been my favourite so far. As a single traveller I often end up in small rooms with a bed squashed in, but my room was a good size...

This was our 4th stay with Janette & Jeff. As usual they made us very welcome, the large clean en suite rooms & lovely breakfast were as good as usual. The sea is two minutes around the corner & you can catch a bus or train from just down the road leaving the car in their off road car park....

Janette and Jeff very friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble, and made you feel at home straight away. Room was very good size, suitable for average size wheelchair to get around.
