A truly lovely place to stay. We had another accommodation cancel on us the day of our arrival due to illness and so had to find another place to stay. We really appreciated the last minute reservation for this cute B&B! It was a warm, welcoming guest house with a good size bedroom. The breakfast filled us up for the...

We stayed for one night and could hardly fault this place (except the double bed my sisters slept in was apparently rather hard!). Everywhere was perfectly clean, the rooms nicely decorated and the breakfast cooked to order. Would definitely return. Only a 5 minutes walk maximum to the shops and beach.

We have had a great week at Alverstone and thoroughly recommend it. Comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Wonderful breakfasts with plenty of choices but I would recommend that if you want a different one on a particular day, tell Vanessa the night before. And there's WiFi available! The location is ideal as there is on street parking and...

This is a very comfortable guest house, and the breakfast is excellent, no need to say anymore, Sherringham is a beautiful place to spend a few days by the sea. You can take the train into Norwich or the bus for a days shopping, and the Saturday Market has a range of stalls along with fruit and vegetables which seem...

Another fantastic stay at the Alverstone with my children who enjoyed it just as much as the last time we stayed. The hotel and rooms are impeccably clean and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever eaten. This b&b would easily be in the Tripadvisor top 3 if everyone that visited left feedback. Thanks again Vanessa and...

Found a room last minute via Wells tourist information. Fitted us in, middle of high season with child for just one night when many contacted couldn't adjust their rooms for just one night. This enabled us to catch just one more day of glorious weather in this beautiful part of the world. Thanks Vanessa for a lovely stay and awesome...

From the road the accommodation is deceptive; inside it is a very spacious gem of a B&B. Vanessa, the owner, was very accommodating & helpful with our late booking. Whilst the en-suite was a little tight, the double room on the whole was ample for our needs. Really lovely breakfast to send us on our way and only a minute...

Lovely, cozy b&b in a charming neighborhood near the Sheringham high street and the beachfront. Everything was spotless and comfortable in our room which had a peaceful view of a flowery courtyard and rooftops. Vanessa is a fast and friendly communicator via email and even nicer in person. We loved the choice for breakfast and the fresh ingredients. Couldnt ask...

We have stayed here twice now and each time we have really enjoyed our stay. The area is very quiet and has easy access to the town and seafront. Vanessa has made us feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are really nice with lots of choice. We would definitely go back for a third visit!
