Excellent guest house, very friendly hosts. Helpful for local knowledge and very accommodating. Lovely, well equipped, large rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Oh yes.. not sure on their pet policy but there was no problem with keeping some canaries in the room with us. (we pre arranged to purchase them locally whilst in the area)

Very welcoming hosts with lots of tips for places to eat in town. Our room was large and very comfortable although the bathroom was somewhat cosy! Breakfast is held in the dining room round the table with other guests. This was excellent with as much of anything you wanted. Ideally situated with easy access off the A14 as well as...

This was our second stay for 2 nights. Rooms are comfortable and have fridge with fresh milk - always a bonus! We were late booking this time so had the smaller of the rooms with adjoining bathroom which was fine, although I remember a larger room the previous time, so book early. Hosts are kind and helpful - and the...

We have stayed here before in the smaller room but not got round to a review. Like the bigger room it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just fantastic with good quality ingredients. Our hosts Steve and Liz are amazing going the extra mile to get in the particular milk we give our young daughter. Another great stay!!

Back again to Grange Farm where Stephen and Liz welcomed us in their usual relaxed and friendly manner. With our car safely parked we were soon installed in a large Edwardian 'en suite' room and ordering our English/Farmhouse breakfast. The 'farm' represents rural Suffolk sandwiched, as it now is, between the popular seaside town of Felixstowe to the east, offering...
