We stayed here as we went to see a band at the De La Warr Pavilion, and it could not have been more convenient, literally across the road. They were also able to give us a parking permit for the DLW car park so we had no additional parking costs and could leave our car there overnight. Our room overlooking... More

Stayed here last Dec and again in Oct. They absolutely go above and beyond to accommodate. Gluten free alternatives for breakfast. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Excellent location. Across from the sea! Highly recommended. Great experience. Across the street photo.

The welcome and our overall stay was very relaxed. The bedroom overlooked the sea and was very comfortable and clean, there was everything you need for a good stay. Breakfast was excellent and well cooked, there was a good choice of food and lots of cold foods if required. There was a microwave; washing m/c; tumble drier and a fridge... More

Booked on the basis of great reviews on TA, this met, if not surpassed, pretty well all my expectations. From the warm welcome, and the unnecessary apology for still being in her cycling kit, accompanied by lovely tea and cake, at my arrival, Jackie was the perfect hostess for the whole of my stay. The location of Dunselma, almost in... More

Booked last minute due to a family bereavement, beautiful comfortable room with everything you could possibly want, lots of tea, coffee, milk etc. The bathroom was bright and airy with shower gels hand cream shower caps and flannels. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was to die for, fresh fruit, cereal hog and a full English. We will defiantly be going there again. Highly... More

Cup of tea on arrival, with a generous slice of Victoria sponge cake. Friendly, helpful and informative landlady. Great breakfast. Probably the best location in town, Exceptional room with a great sea view. Going back next month. What's not to like?
