    Had a lovely evening here, friendly welcoming pub. Good choice of food, and warmed up quick by the fireplace with plenty of parking (but was Monday night). Stunning Ashdown Forest walks nearly. Thanks for loving eve

    Following positive reviews on TA we stopped here for lunch and were not disappointed. We were greeted at the door by the friendly landlord who almost immediately took our drinks orders. Food arrived quite promptly too. £7.35 for toasted prawn baguette with matchstick fries coleslaw...More
