We've stayed there for three nights and During the first night there were a group of people making some noises around midnight talking very loud and bouncing the door. I don't know there is a card that has tel number to call the reception so that night was really bad sleep ever. And the hotel is very noisey you can...

Our Reception Teams are trained to carry out regular night walks so as to minimise any potential disturbances to our guests, however I've passed your comments to our Management Team so that they can...

Excellent service and friendly staff at Premier Inn Barking. Dinner was really good, loved the rhubarb crumble! Despite noisy, disrespectful guests at 4am we had a good sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for the chef. Stayed in lots of Premier Inns as hotels are consistently good value and comfortable. This one has been the...

We always enjoy sleeping in a Premier Inn. Even without the good night guarantee, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms always well-soundproofed. Breakfast was not up to usual standards: the food had been left too long under the hot lamps so was overcooked and dry. Naz (at check-in) welcomed us though the other staff were a bit aloof...

We stayed one night at this Premier Inn as our usual one at Becton was more expensive so we thought we would give this one a try. It was perfectly fine and as it is located within closed electronic gates parking is very safe which is a plus. Our room overlooked the Ibis Hotel next door so wasn't too noisy...

What a great place to stay, we stayed at barking premier inn as we did not want to pay beckton premier prices. We arrived mid afternoon, greeted very warmly from a young lady on reception. Very quick and efficacy service then we went to our room (114). Room spotless clean. We went to London to see a show then came...

Worst Premier Inn room ever, stank of disinfectant and signs of dried vomit on the curtains. Terrible night sleep breathing in the smell and woken at 5:30am with banging doors of people getting ready to leave on work

First time in ages and will be using Premier Ins again. Needed to overnight in Essex with my youngest son. Great value for money, really decent accommodation and great food, not luxury of course but just what we wanted and were prepared to pay for. (Son's breakfast was free, and we could have more family members with us in the...

Nice location to venture into london on the tube. Reception staff helpful. Waiting staff attentive. The only downside was that the rooms were quite dated in comparison to the other premier inns we have stayed in. Ground floor had unruly familes in some of the rooms which spoiled one night and prevented a planned lie in (on a Sunday). Not...
