Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room and friendly people. Would recommend for value and comfort. We were cyclists and found this a very convenient and good value guesthouse with an excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

LOVELY STAY! Very clean with only a five minute stroll to the pier and town centre. Cheap and cheerful and run by a friendly family, I'm sure we will be back again. All topped off with a great breakfast.

The room was clean, quiet, the internet speed was good so we could watch something online without buffering, the food was good and the breakfast room was very nicely arranged, the people were very nice. Having a parking space was very convenient. Overall, especially considering the price everything was super.

We signed in and straight to our room which was very clean, there was tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits as well. The shower room was small but adequate, there was...

A great value stay, got more than expected for the price. A few negatives, TV in room was tiny and the shower not very powerful, so takes a while. Other than that, the room was quite large as was the ensuite. Despite very cold weather a bit of snow the room was always warm. Staff friendly and a lovely breakfast...

I had a single room with shared toilet/shower room, which was great value as I don't mind a short walk to the facilities. The shared aspect was fine as always clean and well serviced. Hotel itself and room whilst not the most modern is great value for the price. It's clean, quiet with friendly helpful staff. All the usual facilities...

Our room (10) had a very dated bathroom with the shower flow of water very minimal and slow. The toilet didn't flush well either and when we returned on the Saturday night there was a horrendous smell coming from our bathroom. Smelt like blocked sewage. Upon eating our breakfast we found it to be cold. We complained and instead of...

Maybe cheap but a really nice place to stay, perfect location and good traditional beki with all you could require, free parking and 2 mon walk from the town, its a family run business that offers everything you need, don't park under the tree opersite though as the birds will poo on your car
