There is plenty of parking and disabled parking also. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The complex spreads out so we had to go back outside to get into our block. The bedroom was fine, there was a double and single bed in our room even though we only needed a double. The bedroom was clean and comfortable...

I use the Bell hotel occasionally if I am struggling to get into my usual haunts. It is cheap and cheerful, a bed for the night. The rooms are basic. It does have something that no other hotel near by has, and that is an authentic Indian restaurant and the food is fab. You need to try their keema it...

We stayed here when visiting a party, was the only hotel local so booked. Reasonable rates, rooms ok get what paid for. We was at the back of the hotel where it was getting done up. The reason for my 3 was when we came in at 3am the door was locked we had to wait 10 minutes outside for...

It's quite difficult to find a reasonable hotel at a good rate and although it has had a lot of bad reviews I found it had a good location and reasonable price. The facilities were all there and my room was large and comfortable and clean. Go into Epping to eat. I recommend La Nostra. Good parking and handy for...

Booked and paid for a room for 2 nights for 2 friends of mine. They took full payment for both nights from my card using the PDQ machine when I checked in with them. Everything was fine however this is very much a 'Budget hotel'. My friends checked out and when checking my bank account a few days later the...

We booked one night and this hotel is not far from where we live. There was nobody at reception when we arrived at 8.30pm, someone finally appeared and ran past us, then another woman turned up, switched off a buzzer or was it the phone and then checked us in. She wasn't particularly friendly, did not give us any information...

After 13 hour day at work we telephoned through and were told the restaurant closed at 10pm. We checked in at 9:20pm and went straight through to an unmanned dining area, after 5 mins of waiting we went through to the bar area, both members of staff were dealing with one groups meal bill!!! Not a good sign. At 9:33...

Stayed here on the 17th September I used to be local to the area but moved away a couple of months ago, I was back attending a friends hen night. Instead of driving home thought I'd book a room somewhere so could have a drink enjoy myself. Got there for about half 2 to check in which was hassle free...

Clean and comfortable bedrooms, good breakfasts and friendly check in. A difficulty over room keys was quickly dealt with. We stayed 2 nights for a family visit, but it would be a good place to access Epping which is connected to London by the Central line and also surrounding forest and villages.

I get it it's a three star hotel, so get what you pay for. I found the hotel to be very grim. The corridors and rooms reminded me of the 70s soap crossroads. The room was quite spacious, the pillows were hard and lumpy. The bathroom was quite disappointing. I will not be returning.
