Stayed over night on business. Reception where nice and friendly and the interior was fine, it wasn't until we found out our room was in the back building outside that reminded me of a school, the corridors were a bit creepy. The Room was clean, however there was a Dead spider in the ceiling light and spots of blood on...

Hotel was clean and we got upgraded to a better room. However, from 3.30am until 6am there was a party going on in the corridor and a few rooms. There was a really strong smell of Cannabis coming from one of the rooms. Not sure if this happens every weekend as the accents were local and the hotel is quite...

Stayed here over night on business. The Hotel is not to far from Stanstead Airport or London. The rooms are what you expect and was clean on arrival. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a small bar lounge area and a restaurant. There is also a good onsite Indian restaurant to. You can also walk to Epping High...

Strange place with pleasant frontage and "modern" school-leaving annex where the rooms are situated. The annex corridors are shabby and need a complete refurbishment but my room was fine and warm - although bed may be too hard for many. Reception staff helpful and polite. Bar and restaurant staff were also ok. Food passable and breakfast was reasonable value Will...

Room fine- was situated in the executive corridor. large, spacious room, warm, only downside was the shower- water ran intermittently! Unfortunately the accommodation/rooms were outside the reception building, had to run outside to the block in the rain (however there is a covering). No lift- having to carry a case upstairs is rather difficult- not suitable for elderly/disabled- however there maybe...

The Inn is an attractive building although the accommodation is situated in a modern annex which is somewhat stark and prison like although the family room we had was smart and clean. Good for an overnight stay. Wifi was free and worked fine.

Used this local motel as a crash pad for one night after moving out of our house. I didn't expect frills for the price but hoped the basics would be OK - but they weren't I'm afraid. Room was fine I'm pleased to say but the bathroom was the worst I've seen for a long time. The bath had been...

When I tried to check in I was told my booking had been cancelled, I produced my written confirmation and a room was found. The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, the tap was loose, I couldn't switch the shower off, three of us shared and had to hop in the shower one after another. The rooms are clean,...

I was visiting family in Epping on Saturday, so I booked a room at The Bell Hotel. I got to the hotel at around 12 pm but I was kindly told by the receptionist, Carol, that I was a bit early to check in and there was no rooms available because they were fully booked Friday and check out time...
