It's a shame that the single beds, only 2'6" wide, we're so hard and uncomfortable despite them being rated as Hypnos. Otherwise a very good hotel. I would say if the hotel wishes to charge such rates, a better quality mattress would fetch top marks. The rear rooms are quiet except when late or early residents slam car doors in...

Family visit to my home town of Hornchurch. This hotel was fantastic. Quick walk to the station each day to go into London. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Full English breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

My reasons for using this hotel were because my house, local to the hotel was flooded. I am staying here for a while until things get sorted & the rooms I have stayed in are scrupulously clean, beautifully furnished. The beds are comfortable & there are plenty of pillows! The manager has been incredibly helpful & the whole ambiance of...

We were in Hornchurch for 2 nights to for a birthday celebration. The hotel was recommended to us by friends who live nearby - what a great recommendation. If you are traveling by public transport, the tube stop is just 5 minutes walk - go out of the hotel and turn right - you can't miss it! Direct trains into...

This is a really nice, privately run hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean and nice comfortable beds. Very friendly staff, plenty of parking and a great freshly cooked breakfast. Would stay again if in area. Also is a very close walk into the town.

I stayed here for a course I was attending. There were extremely nice girls on reception both nights and it wasn't any trouble for them to let me have a jug of water for my room. My room was a standard double but modern with a bathroom which had a great shower. All staff at breakfast were charming and as...
