Dear SianRW, Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit to Greenwoods for an overnight stay. We value all the feedback from our customers and take any suggestions on board. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit overall and have discussed all of your feedback with our team. We were disappointed to hear that our vegetarian and vegan options did not meet your expectations. We do usually offer a wider selection of these items and often do specials in addition. Our chefs would always be happy to make alternative dishes if requested and our waiting staff would be happy to offer a different selection if none of the dishes on our menu for the day were suitable. Our food and beverage manager has stressed that our staff often provide this service to our guests and as a result we usually receive lots of positive feedback from our guests with dietary requirements or special preferences. The timings for our spa use are all explained on the confirmation literature we send out at the time of booking. If our spa has availability the following day then we do offer paid options to extend, however this would need to be booked in advance and would be subject to availability as we would not wish to affect our guests arriving the next day. Our bedroom guests are able to make use of our pool and gym facilities until 10pm on the evening of their stay and from 7am until 11am check out the following day. Our reservations office have asked me to apologise on their behalf if any of your booking process was complicated on this occasion. We would be happy to discuss this feedback with you in person and would ask that you contact us at the hotel directly to do so. We do offer all of our guests feedback forms to fill out before they check out which our management team make sure we always respond to. We look forward to hearing from you.

We are pleased that you enjoyed the spa elements of your visit, including your treatments and the service provided by our staff in the spa. We are always looking for new ways to improve our services and as such do welcome all the feedback we are given. Our spa, along with the rest of the hotel, has undergone extensive refurbishments in the past 4 years and we are proud to now offer exceptional standards throughout. We do offer additional sauna and steam rooms in the relaxation areas of our spa, which are available for our guests to use, alongside our poolside facilities, throughout the day. We do occasionally reserve the tables in our lounge when we are expecting lots of afternoon tea guests, however our staff always make sure that there are enough tables available for any other guests that wish to use them beforehand. I am pleased that our staff made this clear to you at the time. All of our restaurant and bar staff are fully trained before starting with us and we do usually receive positive comments regarding the service they provide. I wondered what they offer as a breakfast?
Hi there is a cold selection such as cereal and fruit etc plus full english breakfast , which is one of the best Ive tasted in a while , very fresh ingredients well cooked along with a host of other menu choices . Its about £25 per head which is a bit pricey but if you are staying overnight its always nice to relax inhouse .

Sorry i was only there for afternoon tea but i would think you would have to dress appropriately as in any restaurant
