check the heating controls as soon as you book can after booking in. when returning late in the evening difficult to find a parking place. apart from that conveniently situated for the M25 motor way. The staff were very polite but unable to resolve my problem of a hot room..

We had a very pleasant time at this hotel, having stayed here often we know exactly what to expect, and are never disappointed. The bakers arms is a bit basic but the friendly staff make it a good place to have a meal and a few drinks.

Brilliant beds. Large room. Lovely breakfast. Staff were exceptional. We had a brilliant 2 night overstay for a cousins wedding. We all absolutely loved it. However staff in the bakers arms were nicer on Saturday breakfast than friday

Room was lovely, towels provided. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was in the pub opposite, Bakers Arms. plenty of choice, may want to get down early as most of the pastries had gone but otherwise staff were brilliant.

Hotel was good. Reception was efficient - room very clean and tidy as you would expect. Comfort was good. The car park was easily accessible and the lighting very good. As always the hotel was quiet and facilities were as expected in a chain hotel

Fortunately only stayed one night. The double mattress needs renewing as it was sloping to the middle; it is a long time since I found this fault in a hotel.. When we arrived the room was very cold so we increased the thermostat to 20 and shut the window. Within an hour I was sweating and so hot I opened...

On request asked for covers to be changed on our three night stay but was turned down as the staffs excuse was 'your check out is tomorrow we can not change your covers'. £210 given for three days and to receive this kind of customer service and satisfaction is disgraceful!

We stayed at this hotel for my boyfriends birthday. When we first arrived, the young man behind the counter was really friendly and checked us in with no problems. We should also note that while we were in reception, another couple were complaining about a smell in their room, and the lady behind the counter changed their room with no...

Excellent service from reception staff, advised us on the local taxi firm (also excellent), informing us that we had to book breakfast at weekends. It was a spotlessly clean hotel, and we had a peaceful night after a great night at the town hall dancing to the local group "The Beaucrees". A great weekend.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel is very good although noisy if on the ground floor. The breakfast was a real disappointment. They only had semi skimmed milk. Asked for cranberry juice which is now chargeable. No bananas ( seems typical of most premier inns - why say they have them). Asked twice for some cutlery but...
