Stayed in a number of premier inns. Reception staff friendly and room ok. Tried both pubs, one for evening meal . Typical basic pub grub which was nothing special and the other for breakfast. One girl serving, clearing and restocking. So had to keep asking for different items and things to be replaced. Frustrating and spoilt overall experience.

As always an excellent place to stay. On a quiet road and room at the back so can keep window open without being woken up with traffic. Clean and comfy and know I'll get a good nights sleep. Staff very helpful. Lovely pub next door with excellent food at good prices.

Originally booked in the Marriott in Waltham Abbey, but changed to the Premier Inn when their price dropped. Am very glad that I did! This is by far the best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in... helpful staff, modern hotel, very clean and comfortable bed. The only disappointment was the Bakers Arms where I ate, which adjoins the hotel....

Typical Premier Inn set in nice location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have all that is needed for a pleasant stay. Good parking available in front of hotel. Only thing letting this hotel down is the WiFi. There is an option of two levels of WiFi, the free WiFi or the Ultimate, for which there...

Stayed at this premier inn during March . Room was very good as the hotel has been part of the premier inn refurbishment. The pub/restaurant attached is without a doubt the best I have been to (at the moment of this post). The food was superb and the service was very good. Exceptional experience. And for someone who stays in...

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and the service was very good. Breakfast was very good although they do not have the all you can eat hot buffet breakfast, you can order as much as you like from the menu. Would definitely stay here again.

Room far too warm, even in March. Nearby restaurant had very bad service indeed, and below average food in the evening and at breakfast. I have stayed at this Premier Inn several times before. The restaurant seems to have gone downhill badly. It is an independent, and not run by the Premier Inn.

We have stayed here before, great service and lovely clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A good central location and next door to a great pub, the Bakers Arms. Lovely food and friendly staff.
