This place is conveniently located for Cotswold Way walkers, directly on the trail and just a few steps from the local pub. As others have already written, the hosts are quite charming and make you feel welcome. The two-story cottage is cute too. But we had a couple big problems. The mattress was saggy, partly because the mattress was soft,...

This is a wonderful place to stay whilst walking the Cotswold Way. The hosts are charming and made us feel extremely welcome. The accommodation is cosy, clean and comfortable and ideal for 2 couples travelling together. The location, breakfast and facilities offered were all excellent. Definitely a 5* stay.

We stayed here whilst completing the Cotswold way, it is right on the trail and a good stop over as you proceed towards Bath on the Final day. You have access to a annex next to Jo's Home. There is a lounge, kitchen area, downstairs bedroom and a upstairs bedroom, just perfect. The Kitchen area has a fridge and honesty...

Our daughter got married in Tormarton so we stayed at The Little Smithy. Joanna and Richard were most welcoming. There were lots of lovely touches we did not expect. Home made biscuits, etc. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast in the main house. We were treated like family. Joanna and Richard joined us for the evening celebrations of our daughters' wedding....

Stayed here for one night while hiking. Joanna is a superb host-- made us tea when we arrived, and a nice breakfast in the morning. Accommodation is in a separate cottage, which is nice. Unfortunately, the bed in our room probably needed a new mattress, and MANY moths came in during the evening and night- we had all the lights...

A genuinely warm welcome from Joanna, and accommodation in a delightfully comfortable guest annexe (with sitting room and kitchen facilities) ideal for a rest stop after the challenges of the Cotswold Way but wished we could have stayed longer... So would definitely return to explore at a more leisurely pace

Set in a quiet little village on the Cotswold Way this is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are charming and attentive and made us feel really welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and separate from the main house with a private lounge and would be ideal for two couples of a family travelling together. The breakfast was...

My husband and I did the Cotswold Way in seven days, and Tormarton was our last B&B, and our favorite. It was just perfect. Richard is genuinely hilarious. Joanna made us a delicious breakfast (there were some stewed plums) and advised us about Bath (one piece was to go to No. 1 Royal Crescent. Absolutely do so, if you get...
