Excellent location and comfortable spacious flat. I believe the view is great but typical Manchester weather robbed us of that. Kitchen generally well stocked but could have done with a couple of wine glasses. Would stay there again.More

Enjoyed the stay. Mix up with my daughters sleeping arrangement not apartment mangers fault i should of looked in more detail 😂 was quickly resolved. Friendly and helpful. Left at 8.30am as they wouldnt be around recieved deposit back day before. Would definitely recommendMore

Sohaib, If you have a policy of not accepting group bookings... um, why did you accept a group booking? And why does it not mention this policy on your website? You accepted our booking. Then cancelled it at short notice. What is the appropriate response to discovering that you've wrongly accepted s booking that was made in good faith? Tightening up your own procedures to ensure it doesn't happen again while accepting that the guests have done nothing wrong and shouldn't be let down? Or is it fairer to let down three customers whose booking you'd accepted? Your decision cost us money and time. After all, we were then having to find accommodation in the city at a time when the Old Trafford event was then fully booked up with the consequential knock on effect I. The city's hotels. (that you were doubtless enjoying). At what point in the process should we have known that you don't accept group bookings! At the time you accepted the booking? Or are we only to know that when you decide to quote it as a reason? What reasonable steps could we have taken to avoid this happening? I can't see how we could have discovered this policy in advance or why a reasonable business, having accepted the booking wouldn't see it as their own error rather than ours. Luckily the 2000 strong audience at The Lowry that night agreed with me and found your rudeness funny. Dave
