I was here on a business trip and found the hotel to be perfect for my stay. Great location, bright, airy rooms and pleasant customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent, mid-range hotel in Manchester city centre.

This was a really pleasant afternoon. we were seated in a good location and our afternoon tea brought to us with perfect timing. The selection of teas was good - I had rosebud and my daughter had vanilla. I absolutely loved the warm scones with fresh cream and jam in particular. The service was what I would expect of a...

I have stayed at the Lowry Hotel regularly over the last few years and it's become my go-to hotel whenever I am in Manchester. Despite recently the hotel leaving the Rocco Forte hotel group, this does not appear to have changed much in terms of guest experience. The rooms themselves are spacious, with huge beds, desk and seating area or...

I recently stayed in The Lowry for one night. When I arrived at the hotel at 5PM my room was not ready - I was scheduled to leave 30 minutes later for a business meeting and had planned to shower and change. The reception ladies first told me that I had been warned about a late check-in (post 7PM?) which...

We had a lovely lunch in the bar, drinks and food prices are exactly what you would expect in a 5 star hotel with good service. I had the loveliest 'classic british trio' - which included a small portion of each of fish and chips, shepherds pie and roast beef and yorkshire pudding! Sounds a bit strange but was beautifully...

Really great 2 night stay. Check in was swift and pleasant and the room was a really good size, with great furnishings and the super king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Not as rock and roll as it thinks it is but nice hotel, good rooms. Surroundings a bit grungy around the Salford side, nicer on river, as in Manchester, side. Didn't eat any meals in the hotel. 2 mins from Spinningfields which is a lively spot in the evening.
