Stayed here with a group of friends for an event at the Victoria Warehouse in the city center. Really good value especially for groups. The apartments have everything you would need, including a fully equiped kitchen and are clean and comfy. The Heart Apartments are in a good location for the metro and has bars and restuarants surrounding the area...

Arrived at reception a few hours before check in as we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere safe and go wandering. Before we got a chance to speak the receptionist said in an entirely bored tone "here to check in? Bit early sorry" and clearly considered the conversation over. She was incredibly disinterested and unhelpful throughout our stay, and did...

The room itself was clean and reasonably spacious, with the necessary utensils for a short self-catering stay. Now for the problems. Firstly I take issue with the check-in arrangements over the Christmas break. We arrived, as booked and requested, at 3.00 pm on 24 December 2017, only to find no-one at the reception and a sign posted in the door...

Apartment was lovely. Had all facilities needed and allowed us to check in early (we had advised in advance of our early arrival). Lovely view of the canal although disappointing cannot access the balcony (insurance). Young man on reception throughout our stay was very accommodating (ringing taxis). Good area for eating, drinking and a small outlet shopping centre, all in...

Stayed here for one night as we were going to the football at Old Trafford. Great location with lovely views over the Manchester Ship Canal. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed, staff on the reception were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is kind of remote for visitors. We arrived in a rented car past 8pm. It was a wet day and there was no directional signboard. We had to stop at Holiday Inn (around the corner) to ask for direction. When we finally found the building, there was no sheltered lobby. We parked the car by the roadside to...

We stayed one night after a game at Old Trafford as season ticket holders we know the area well as we use most of the bars and restaurants around the Lowry and Media City. So the stay was largely just for curiosity. The apartment was good enough but lacked a certain something which made it different from a hotel. It...

The apartments are fairly clean, fairly modern and spacious. However, for the price of £290 for two nights plus a £200 holding fee (incase of damages) it is not worth that amount of money. The apartments comes with the standard equipment - X2 knives/forks/spoons, X2 glasses/mugs, X2 plates/bowls, ironing board/iron, hairdryer, television with basic freeview box etc. The apartments are...

Stayed here for 3 nights. On the morning after the 1st night we had a knock at the door asking why we had not checked out yet.. which put me out a bit. I can understand why some of the neighbours are 'moody' as the place also has residential occupants. We did not have any housekeeping while we were there,...

Brilliant location within easy walking distance of coffee shops and the tram stop, from which its an easy 20-min trip into city centre. MediaCity also feels very quiet and safe at night. Flats were clean and pleasant and the windows DO open despite what other reviews say. Our flat, a Studio Plus, had two windows which both open quite wide....
