For a room that cost nearly £200 /night there was no Wi-Fi we waited well over an hour for our food and it wasn’t busy The food was very disappointing and then the breakfast was cold Security is poor we were broken into last time we stayed and they attempted again on this visit

The best Premier Inn visited to date. Location excellent and parking well marked, be aware entrance is at the front and car park at the rear. Restaurant adjacent to check in and a bar We did not use either facility, this is our normal practice. Air conditioned rooms, no traffic noise as insulation good. Large garage opposite and food markwet. Easy access from M3 10 minutes. Price was good at £48 considering the location. Excellent staff who are obviously proud of their workplace

Lovely hotel, would stay again but i would not go and eat in The Kitchen which is the restaurant in the hotel. Appreciate it is a small restaurant but first night i stayed i had to wait just under 2hrs for my main meal to come out, ordered it at 6pm and received it at 7.45pm which if i am honest by then i was not that hungry because i had gone past being hungry and was really fed up of having to wait. I was very tempted to tell the staff to leave the food but i felt sorry was the chef in the kitchen making it so waited but i would suggest if your going to eat in the hotel then to go down either before 6pm or after 8pm because between 6 and 8 it is very busy and they only have 1 chef in the kitchen cooking, which is outrageous they need to have another person in the kitchen really so it isn't left down to 1 guy. Also was very annoyed to see that a lady who was seated 30/40mins after i arrived was given her main meal , which may i add was the same food i had ordered before me. I ordered first and did not have anything but a main meal , she ordered way after me had a starter and still received her main meal before me. Would suggest either eating out of the hotel, there is a lovely pub across the road or ordering a takeaway to the hotel and eating it in the room. If your happy to wait 2hrs for your food then fine but all i wanted to do was have a quick bite to eat and get to bed so i could chill out before another busy day at work the next morning.…

The hotel was easy to find. The staff were very good at putting us at ease and immediately recognising that my child potentially had issues that require considerations of their actions to keep my child in a good headspace, including asking if putting the TV on in the restaurant would be an issue and not opening the blinds next to our table to maintain the clam atmosphere around us.

Staff at hotel are great. Joe and Joanne are always happy to help and go the extra mile to make your stay home from home. Rooms are always to a standard. Breakfast is as you would expect evening meals are ok but not amazing. Could do with a bit of upgrade.

If you want impeccable service on a budget, this is a lovely Premier Inn situated right next to the train station and 10 mins from the motorways. This Premier Inn had issues with system check-in, but the staff were so friendly and helpful to sort it out, leaving us happy. The breakfast was fabulous, good choice and attentive staff helping us. Daisy and Joanne were especially helpful, in addition to the breakfast chefs, reception team and housekeeping.

The room had a very damp smell on arrival. In the morning prior to showering we noticed the shower area was very dirty and dangerous Mold on the floor & drop down seat. Chrome handrail nearly falling of the wall. All chrome filthy. Photos taken. This was reported to the morning manager who said it was a problem room for damp. She apologized. We were given a card to complain to customer relations. This is a challenge due to the limited space available on the form and no facility to down load photos.

Recently stayed over the Friday and Sunday night at this hotel and the Saturday night stay at a travelodge in Farnborough. I found this Premier Inn far superior to its Farnborough rival. It beat it in cost for the 2nights I stayed and ease of parking . I would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Bins in the room hadn’t been cleaned from prior guests. Wrong room size assigned from what was booked. Beds weren’t made. Lots of items unavailable at breakfast. Long wait for vegetarian options. Bread and muffins were stale
