We stayed for two nights in March this year. We had a really nice room just above the bar in the front of the hotel. The beds were really comfortable and had tea and coffee facilities. All nice and clean with a modern bathroom, flat screen TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast on day one was really nice and...

It is set in a beautiful location. The bar feels very old and cosy but in excellent condition. The food was very good but a little pricey for what it was but definitely good quality. I did not have breakfast so i can't comment on that. I would stay here again if i was in the area.

Stayed recently for nieces wedding at Rivervale Barn, probably wouldn't return again found majority of staff to be offhand at least. No good trading on Marco Pierre White's name if customer service not up to scratch! Buffet breakfast ok but obviously unable to cater for more than 20 guests as it was shambolic on the Saturday morning when a large...

I booked 8 rooms for business colleagues and dinner in the evening for 11 people. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the food and wine most enjoyable. All the meals were served together. They were not pre-ordered and there were a couple of dietary requirements too. Overall everybody was satisfied with everything and said that they would return...

This hotel has seen better days and is dominated by its wedding trade. We were attracted by the Marco Pierre White association and had hope for a marvellous breakfast. To be honest we would have done better at a motorway service station. The only saving grace was that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This Was The cheapest hotel in the area and was good value. The room was fine and the reception staff very helpful when a colleague left something behind in the restaurant. We are in the restaurant. Good food all be it a little pricey.

Stayed with work. Bedroom had no windows bar one skylight. This couldn't be opened due to no bracket on the skylight. Restaurant over priced and not that good quality. Dinner, breakfast and check in/out staff all came across a bit tetchy and under trained. E.g. No questions for how was your stay and being called 'mate' in breakfast. Premier Inn...

We arrived and were given a room. It was relatively newly decorated problem is it was freezing and it turned out that the whole section of the hotel had no heating. We were moved rooms to a more old fashioned room. I turned on the ceiling lights and two of the bulbs just flashed constantly. Therefore I tried to turn...

Stayed at the casa for the first time a couple of days ago and can most certainly say it will be the last! The reception area is in massive need of a refurb as well as the so called 'Executive' room that I paid for. Attention to the little things make a great difference. Ordered room service and must say...

Dear Sundancekid123, Thank you for taking the time to review your visit. Unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler which meant no hot water was available. An engineer was called out as soon as we were aware of the problem. I would like to apologise for this unforeseen circumstances. I am glad to say problem was rectified and everything...
