Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. We were expecting to stay in a four poster room, or at least one I looked at on the photos. Instead we were in an attic room which my other half kept bashing his shoulder on the low ceiling. It just about topped it off when the shower stopped running midway through rubbing shampoo in,... Having just enjoyed a lovely short break at this B&B, we would highly recommend it! It is in a great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely, spacious room with en-suite - both well appointed and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay again when we... More

My husband and I came upon this B&B in Lyndhurst. Rates were extremely good. Owners were very welcoming. Room was lovely with 4 poster bed. Tea making facilities. Shampoos etc in bathroom. Close to all amenities. Breakfast very good. Would highly recommend this B& B

Very easy to find, very well located (a less than 5mn walk to Lyndhurst "centre"), easy parking and not noisy despite being close to the road. The rooms (ours was on first floor) are spotless, as are the bathrooms, and spacious enough for two with large wardrobes (only mild criticism might be on the slightly too soft mattress). The second... More

The location of this B&B is fab. I was initially concerned about the road noise as it's right on a main road but actually this wasn't an issue. There is a fan in the room so you wouldn't have to open the windows if you didn't want to. The room itself is a good size. We had this made up... More

Not our first stay and won't be the last. Clean friendly and worth every penny. Food was amazing and nothing too much trouble, definitely recommend here for couples and families. Lovely quiet location in walking distance to lyndhurst town.

Me and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Hayes. Our hosts were welcoming, available when we needed them and very attentive. Our room was clean, (aside from a small mark on the duvet) well laid out and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was delicious and of great quality and choice. Location was perfect for popping into... More

A lovely Guest House with super hosts. The room was clean and well stocked with supplies as was the bathroom. The 4 poster bed was extremely comfy which was great. Off street parking behind the house was perfect. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars.

Good location for pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Only draw back was the traffic through the village which is bad throughout the summer months. Good sized room with all amenities for a B&B. Helpful owners who supplied a key fob which gave discounts ( 10-20% within the village at restaurants and other amenities) Excellent full english breakfasts fruit juice... More

Fantastic little guest house run by a really lovely couple. We were a group of 4 and were incredibly well catered for by the couple running the B&B. Everything from allowing us to have bikes delivered the day before to the room and breakfast was spot on. Beautiful guesthouse with a lovely garden. Rooms were very clean and fresh with... More
