We wanted to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame but had to wait for both local sports teams to play that day so parking would be available for us. So, we spent the day here. In spite of a wedding taking place, we were treated in a welcoming manner and relaxed. We fished and walked around the park....

We stayed there in September. Way overpriced for what you got. Looks like they started to landscape and then decided it would be too much trouble. The real problem is with people who want to visit you while you're camping. They want to charge the $7. Really???? I understand that most of the people who are camped there are locals,...

We arrived at this campground on Friday evening only to be told that they had given our campsite away to a regular customer. I called weeks ago to book a site in the wooded area and my debit card was immediately charged the full price of $144. When I explained this to the lady working the front desk she told...

Stopped at this campground to spend a few days visiting friends and relatives in the Cleveland area on our way through on our vacation travel. Very nice clean campground. Able to handle large RV's and motorhomes with ease. Only water and electric hookups. But, that was fine for our stay there. Nice playground for kids and game room. Campground has...

The website looked pretty decent and some friends in the area told us it was close to Cleveland so for a couple of nights we thought how bad can it be ? We pulled in on a Saturday just before 2pm , check in was at 3pm . We travel all around the US and have found that arriving early...

Although the campground itself is a very nice area, the administration of such is below average. We went camping with our grandsons, Niece, Nephew and their children there because I am a member of The Good Sam's Club and they have given this campground a good review. Was I surprised when I arrived there! They have only one bath house...

American Wilderness is a nice campground with a lot of potential. The owners appear to be investing in the grounds and it shows with a nice swim pond and separate fishing / boating lake. Other amenities were an above average playground as well as gem mining and paddle boat rentals. The campground is also your best bet for exploring Cleveland....
