The Burton is a lovely place to stay. The deluxe rooms are very clean and comfortable. Meals are good value for money and all of the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Stayed here while working on a large project nearby. In the middle of a pandemic John the owner pulled of a small miracle looking after our colleagues. Service of which God forbid we have another pandemic i doubt I will ever see. Food was great even with a limited menu at the time. Rooms always spotless. Stayed before the pandemic and it was great then. Thank you John and annabelle

A clean hotel with basic pub food and basic breakfast. I would say upon arriving that the room we were allocated was across the car park and although pleasant for an overnight stay, it was just an overpriced Premier Inn. The bathroom was nice with a power shower but the bath leaked and the hairdryer wasnt powerful enough. The ceiling fan kept us nice and cool as the room was quite hot and there was plenty of wardrobe space and draws. Good clean big fluffy towels. We didnt use the pool as being in the carpark we didnt want to walk over in robes and couldnt be bothered to use the changing rooms so would possibly recommend a room in the actual hotel where you can use a lift down to the pool instead. Lastly the walls could do with a repaint as stained.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. We were a large group of 11 - two families. John the manager could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the English breakfast and also ate from the lunch menu a couple of times and enjoyed a tasty evening meal. The pool and spa were a great way to relax after some beautiful scenic walks along Offa’s Dyke and Kington Golf Course. Would highly recommend.
