Last i knew they were renting the room out as flats. This isnt a hotel anymore just a pub !!! Needs...

I stayed here for one night in September. Upon check in I was told there was no hot water but that I could shower in another room. The whole hotel was really dirty and my room smelt of damp, and other horrors. For what I paid- only £45 is was grossly overpriced. In fact they should have paid for ME...

I just wanted to put my review In one word which is ...Dire, but unfortunately I couldn't. A review in August advised no hot water and we were there this weekend and still no hot water. Alas this was a last minute trip to Leominster & the Royal Oak was the only "hotel" with vacancies & no wonder.

The people running this place seem to have a couldn't care less attitude its a bit like ''The Jockey''pub put out of the tv series Shameless you keep expecting Frank Gallagher to walk in at any moment for a pint and 2 e's !!!. They serve up a nice pint of flat Guinness in a 3/4 pint glass as well....

The smell was horrendous, the room was filthy, the bedding was used and dirty, the cups were filthy, there was no hot water and to top it all, their Guinness wasn't on! That was the last straw. The only good thing was that the telly worked and we were...

It was our third visit to the Royal Oak. On previous occasions I gave quite a high rating to this hotel as our stays were very short, we arrived late in the evening, left early in the morning and nothing unwelcome caught our eyes. Clean rooms, clean beds, what else can you wish for a very acceptable price? It was...
