We stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed our visit, the room was cosy, the breakfast really nice, and the hosts friendly and attentive. Wonderful 'olde' inn. Parts of the building, we were told, go back 500 years! Lovelly oak beams and real log fire. Good choice of beers and a very good menu. Positives: Many! Friendly greeting by owner, who showed us to the downstairs room, with request that if there was anything further we needed, all we had to do was ask.
