Stayed here recently and it's tricky to review...the reception team were consistently friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. However, the room I was in was very small. The same room was actually commented on by someone else in TripAdvisor with the same comment previously. I actually smashed my toe badly trying to walk around the bed, there...

Have stayed at this hotel before and don't recall any problems but for some reason the room we were in (115) seemed small and cramped, particularly the bathroom. My husband and I are not particularly large people, but even we found the bathroom a little too snug!

Stayed at Premier Inn at Tring after attending a family celebration nearby. Was travelling with my husband, daughter and grandson so had booked a double room and a family room well in advance. We were all very pleased with our rooms. Our double room was at the rear and had beautiful.far reaching views.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and order...

Spotless and comfortable. We were in a family room with 2 extra singles for the kids 12&6 yrs. Plenty of space for us all. Great shower. Attached pub good although we had breakfast elsewhere. Bar staff did well with Gluten free supper options for our daughter. Highly recommended.

My first stay at a Premier Inn and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Bed particularly comfortable however I feel improvement could easily be achieved by adding a second shelf to the bedside table. Had a very nice evening dinner in attached Beefeater.

This was our first time at a Premier Inn and I'm sure it won't be our last. We found the hotel easily and parked near reception where we received a very friendly greeting and advice on booking breakfast. There is no need to check-in on-line for this particular Premier Inn though. The room was large, clean and well equipped with...

The hotel staff are completely out of touch with average customer service let alone good customer service. I've never know it in all my life. I traveled with my 18 month daughter and would highly suggest you do not travel here with kids. They are just not geared up for it.

Hi Will Thank you for your review of Premier Inn, Tring. I'm sad to read your comments regarding our team being out of touch with customer service, this doesn't sound like our usual standards at all. We're a family friendly brand and our team regularly welcome families to stay with us, I apologise that on this occasion the service from...

Poor room heating, made for sleepless nights. Fire alarm set off at 1-00am by a careless guest brought little evidence of leadership by the staff. Saw no one except puzzled guests. No reassurance that all was safe to stay.

All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful from the receptionists, through the chambermaid/master, to the restaurant staff next door at the Beefeater. The receptionist advised us it is better to reserve a table for breakfast as we were a party of 6 and we wanted a more leisurely eating time of 10am. She did this for us which saved...

Took Granddaughter out and she wanted to go here as she remembered the chicken she liked the last time. She ate everything again and loved her ice cream with chocolate sauce. Overall the standard of food has gone up and great kids food. I had a avocado & chicken salad and it was excellent. My husband had paprika chicken and...
