Stayed there Saturday night, very busy, but this didn't slow down the service and booking in, really helpful & welcoming. Room was on top floor, luckily I am still fit enough to climb 3 flights, room had a great view of the Solent. Comfy bed, en-suite, tea & coffee, tv, all the usual requirements catered for. Great nights sleep. Breakfast...

I stayed at the hotel from January till May for business. The staff were awesome. They took care of all my needs. Especially dietary. Thanks to Jenna, Damien, Sara, James, Sam, Alex, Steve and Joe. There was live music every Friday night. Sunday Roast was fabulous.

This is the second time our family has visited this pub for drinks outside in the back beer garden area. For us the pub is in a very handy location. The staff are always friendly. The only reason why I haven't awarded 5 stars is because sometimes the tables outside are not cleared quickly and this attracts the seagulls!

We were then offered Turkey which we accepted, when our meal arrived the beef was dried up and the Turkey well...

Went on Saturday, no ales on tap or bottled! Returned stupidly on Sunday for a drink and food. This time they had ale on tap. How ever ordered food, it took an hour for one fish and chips, one scampi and one sausages and mash. I could not believe how pathetic the service offering was for a half full pub.

Sunday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend. Half the dishes not available. Of those available, the nachos came with no guacamole, the chicken with no coleslaw and no garlic seasoning and pretty much pale white. The rosemary fries had never seen any rosemary. The corn on the cob was cold and not cooked. There were ants on the table and...

We stayed overnight at this pleasant hotel on the harbour at Cowes. Well positioned for ferries and routes to the rest of the island. We ate an evening meal there which was very nice and well priced. The room was nicely decorated warm and clean. I mentioned warm as it was a cold blowy night that we stayed. And above...
