We had a really lovely couple of days staying here. On arrival we were welcomed like old friends and shown to our room above the billiard room. It was light with dual aspect windows, beautifully clean, with tea/coffee, biscuits, fridge with fresh milk and en-suite bathroom. Sue also kindly changed our ferry crossing time when we were unexpectedly delayed leaving...

Without a doubt the best B&B I have ever stayed in. John and Sue were ever so welcoming and definitely went beyond the call of duty by helping us when we'd run out of petrol! The room was lovely, bright and clean. The breakfasts were extraordinarily good. All cooked fresh, they were delightful. Lovely quiet and peaceful location, but still...

We had the top floor suite, which came with two double bedrooms, bathroom (with super roll-top bath) and walk in shower and lounge. Great views out over the downs. Ideal Base for walkers. We were well looked after by the hosts, who even made our ferry booking for us and then changed the return time when we changed our minds...

Thanks you both so very much for a perfect stay ... Service is A! - I miss your breakfast Sue... especially the fruit platter!!! The accommodation is perfect, spacious and very comfortable, with your own front door as a bonus :) The location itself is a little piece of heaven, if you like peace and quite. We loved it all,...

We had a beautiful room, with sea view from one side, and it is a quiet spot to stay in a B&B yet it is not more than five mins by car to a beach or the main local town of Freshwater. Sue made us the most delicious breakfasts we ever ate. Her own hen eggs and home made preserves....

The Golf House is in a peaceful rural location a short walk from some of the most beautiful cliff-top views on the island. Yarmouth ferry terminal is close by car (circa 15 minutes) and there are also public transportation options close by (though we didn't use them, opting to walk locally or take our car further afield). As for the...

I don't know why I've put off this review. I suppose it's because I'm a bit scared I won't do it justice! Sue and John are quite simply, the most lovely and attentive hosts. It's like going to visit your favourite Aunt and Uncle - you know, the ones that like to treat you all the time! The accommodation surpassed...
