Great hotel full of olde world charm. Right on the beach. Friendly staff, nice bar and resturant. Everything in Deals' old town is a short walk away. There are good award winning pubs a couple of minutes away. The Ship and the micro pub are dog friendly and well worth a visit if you like traditional British pubs and excellent beer....

Excellent short break. First class wheelchair adapted room. Very helpful staff. Lovely bar and lounge areas. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of traditional and imaginative options. We didn't dine there this time as we were eating elsewhere with friends but have don so in the past and found it very good.

Booked here via a an emailed offer from Shepherd Neame and left knowing we'd found a little gem of a place. The B&B + meal deal was outstanding value and we were given rooms 106 & 107 (Bronte & Pitt) which are 'superior' rooms and boy they are certainly superior. Probably the largest, most spacious and wonderfully equipped rooms any...

Not our first visit. Had a lovely weekend here. Breakfasts were fab, service just spot on, food and plates hot. Staff were great, nothing to much trouble. Hamilton room was fab, sea views from balcony made it a special weekend. Will be back again

Booked for one night for our anniversary. Overall a great place, staff and location. Had lunch which was good even though service was a little slow. Facilities at the hotel are fine with a nice lounge area and fire to while away the time. Only minor issue for me is the policy of allowing dogs in the dining room and...

Stayed here for 2 nights in a superior room; cost per night for b&b was £135. Below is my feedback which I believe justifies a 3 star review. I do not seek out negatives (please see my other reviews to confirm this) and I'm a polite guest - however for £135 per night I was quite disappointed with quite a...

Really nice hotel with room overlooking the seaside. Breakfast in the room lovely and very relaxing. My only issue is that there's was only one comfy chair in the room!!!! For two people this was bizarre. It was saved by the balcony which was fab and we would return.
