Very friendly and chatty owners. Excellent breakfast in lovely dinning area in 200-300 year old barn. This is a B&B not a hotel. There was some road noise only noticeable in the mornings which we are not use to but only a problem if you want to lay in. Otherwise 5 stars.

Hi Mark, many thanks for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately the enormous bed does take up the room area but I am sure you will agree it is really comfortable plus the room has great views from the window! Many thanks.

We just spent two lovely nights at Becketts Bed & Breakfast just outside of Edenbridge in Kent England. The setting of this B&B was just what we were looking for. Very rustic and the views from our room of the countryside were beautiful. The rooms were what you would expect from a 300 year old farm house. There was a...

Comfortable room in a lovely setting. The location was convenient for us. The hosts were very welcoming without being intrusive. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Our stay was most pleasant. The welcome was warm and Grandpa really made us feel welcome in the Granary! Beckett's is really convenient to the Gardens of Kent: Hever, Penshurst, Chartwell and a little further, Sissinghurst. The Granary was spacious and the breakfasts set us up for the day. Thank you.

We only stayed for 3 night and really enjoyed our stay. The Hosts were very helpful with suggestions of places to visit. The Breakfast was excellent (especially the homemade jams and marmalades) The room we had was very pleasant, clean and Airy. If there is any critisism it was that the room was quite small and if we would have...

Hi, many thanks for your review. I'm not sure which room you stayed in, maybe the Granary, as all the rooms in Becketts do have seating and some also have private outside seating in the garden. The Granary does have the advantage of a very large bathroom. Very pleased you enjoyed your visit to this area. Best wishes.

I stayed at Becketts for 3 nights with my partner. We went to visit Hever and Leeds castles and I chose Becketts mainly because I've always wanted to sleep in a four poster bed! We had a fantastic time, great friendly hosts, clean and well equipped rooms, comfortable bed, yummy breakfast, fantastic location, so romantic... Perfect! Only 2 minor issues,...

We had such a lovely stay at Becketts B and B this weekend. Our room on the first floor was gorgeous - terrific views - and our hosts were charming and gracious, able to make great recommendations for site-seeing. The B and B is situated near beautiful walking paths and not far from a number of restaurants and historic sites....

We stayed one night at this beautiful barn conversion and loved it! The owners are warm and welcoming and are understandably very proud of their labour of love!
