We spent the entire Bank Holiday weekend here, having picked it because of its central location. We found it fresh and clean and were made to feel very welcome by Eric and Colleen. The breakfasts were 1st class, cooked to order and served piping hot. Our room was lovely with a big bay window looking out to the promenade and...

There is not a lot we can say that has not already been said on here. We were made to feel at home. Eric explained everything we needed to know along with plenty of information on the local area. Eric's sense of humour kept us laughing and we could not have been made more welcome. We had a lovely room...

The rooms were simple but stylish and the location is perfect. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were friendly and I intend to stay here every time I visit Herne Bay in the future.

A beautiful victorian house. Eric was very welcoming and informative. The large double room we had overlooked the sea. It was very clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was immaculate. We only stayed 1 night but will definitely come back and stay longer next time. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here with work colleagues for several weeks and really could not fault anything about the place. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with excellent en suites and sea views from a couple of the rooms I stayed in.The cooked breakfasts are superb as we all agreed whether full english, vegetarian or eggs benedict. Many Thanks

It was my third stay at the B& B! I booked a single room this time, I was positiv surprised how much space I've had. Breakfast was amazing as ever. I always feel very welcome. I will definitely stay again

Everything you could ask of a Guest house (B&B). Very clean and tidy and more. We stayed in double room overlooking sea front. Situated in great location right on the sea front. A breakfast....Oh Yummy (Full English) makes me want to come back for breakfast alone. Eric & Colleen make you feel very welcome and I would recommend to anyone.

This has got to be one of the best places to stay in Herne Bay or anywhere come to that. Very welcoming, comfortable room. Surprisingly spacious single room. Clean, well equipped with various toiletries, a well stocked drinks making tray and even a fold up table which I found most useful as a desk. The breakfast was very good. I...

Stayed at the evening tide while in Kent to show my son around the area as this is where I lived as a child. Eric and Colleen were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were delicious with the eggs being the best we have tasted. Great position, right on the seafront and very close to all amenities. Room...
