From the moment we arrived at Hever Castle, our stay was absolutely magical! We had a group of six who stayed in Medley Court (the self-catering "cottage"). The staff were so incredibly helpful from the minute we asked for information until the moment we left. Harriet helped us with our reservations and she was beyond fabulous! When a very kind...

We had a wonderful quiet few days in this wonderful B & B. Same room in the Astor wing as last time (because we liked it) Same lovely staff and same fantastic walks round the gardens before and after the public came in. I was afraid to revisit in case it wasn't as good as last time and spoilt the...

From our arrival at the private entrance gates, being meet in the car park, helped with our bags and checked in, every thing was perfect. We were shown to our room, the Edward vii suite, and wow, a fantastic view of the castle and across Ann Boleyn's orchard. A massive bed suitable for at least 5! 🙂 On our return...

Superb setting for a very pleasant break, high standard of accommodation and great service, with fascinating landscaped gardens and the most amazing topiary, statuary and vistas in a quiet, tranquil setting.

Thank you Ed, I have to agree that the landscaped gardens are indeed fascinating. Our busy team of highly skilled gardeners are doing a superb job at keeping the high standard of impressive vista's that Astor created back in 1903, he would be proud I think! With each season comes a new look in the gardens so you will just...

It is certain a unique experience to stay on the grounds of the castle- not only for historic reasons, but because as a guest you have 24 hr access to the beautiful gardens. I loved this aspect, as for most of my walks, I was the only person in sight! The Hotel even offers wellies to use should it be...

Thank you and I'm so pleased you had such a lovely stay. The stock of wellies we have in reception have come in useful this winter for lake walks and exploring the grounds but I am pleased to report that they are now gathering dust as the sunshine has well and truly arrived at Hever Castle! Long may it last!...

Stayed overnight there but could easily have stayed two nights. We arranged a picnic through the staff which we enjoyed on the grounds by the lake. Good breakfast and stunning rooms with great attention to details. All rooms are individually decorated and sneaked in a few empty rooms for pictures... made me want to come back again and again. Nice...

Thank you for a lovely review and I'm pleased to read you had such a nice time with us. 'Charming' is the very word we use to describe Hever Castle, so I am glad you tapped into the charm on your visit, not only of the 13th century Castle but equally of the beautifully laid gardens. I'm glad the keys...

This Bed and Breakfast is in the grounds of Hever Castle, the rooms are set around a courtyard, just how you would imagine it would have been in the Tudor times. We were in the Anne Boleyn wing and our room was stunning. The room was a mix of modern - a wet room, and old - casement windows. Just...

Dear Micky, I'm delighted to read that you had such a lovely stay and you certainly timed it well for the wildlife, with little families of ducks with their ducklings waddling to the moat for a dip! I'm pleased to read that the staff were as engaging as the ducks! It's a busy place to work but in such a...

Definitely a luxury b&b. Fabulous location in the middle of Hever Castle grounds, our room was in the Astor wing, apparently the rooms are only 18 months old. Stayed Friday night. Warm personal welcome in the car park, booked in quickly and taken to our room. Lovely, large room with king size bed, very clean and beautifully decorated, good lighting...

Thank you for posting such a lovely a review on your recent stay at Hever Castle, it's nice to hear we exceeded your expectations. The bedrooms were indeed refurbished 18 months ago but they actually date back to 1903, so whilst retaining the stunning Tudor character, leaded windows, panelling, elaborately carved ceilings, they also they benefit from some subtle luxurious...

We stayed for a night in the Anne Boleyn wing, what an amazing place. The rooms are beautiful, we had one facing the castle and I would definitely recommend that view. The staff were truly excellent, every staff member we met (even in passing) were friendly and attentive. One great advantage to staying here is that you have access to...
