Building and front garden ok but on noisy road. Everything feels very dated. Room at back, warm clean with comfortable bed, decor from 90s, small shower room held together by silicone, poor shower and cracked basin. It was quiet. Breakfast ok, horrible sausage. All pre cooked. Staff polite. Website not transparent about room or price. Disappointing considering rave reviews.

We are mums with teenagers who booked the family room. We were let down immensely by local large chain hotel just 2 mins up road charging stupid prices and very rude. We booked 2 nights here last minute. The owner and staff were so nice right from when we arrived till we left. The accommodation was tired but you could... More

Stayed at the Seabrook house for 1 night. It was a lovely stay, with a hostess that couldn't do more for us. The room was pleasant, all you would ask for and the shower room was very modern and had that new feeling. The B&B and room was very clean. I loved the atmosphere and feel of this B&B and... More

We stayed at the B&B for a family wedding and had a great visit. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The house has under gone a refresh in the last few months and it is clear that there is a lot of thought given to the guest. I would recommend this to anyone.

This guest house is only 25 minutes from the Port of Dover. This meant we could travel down there after work and head straight for an early morning ferry the following day. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The duvet was a little too small for the bed and very thin, which was OK on what was a... More

Me and 2 friends (3 adults in total) came to Hythe for a wedding. We stayed in a family room (1 double bed and 1 single bed) which was both comfortable and spacious. The hostess was very friendly, and made every effort to make us comfortable. She provided bottled water when we needed it and ice and champagne glasses on... More

We booked this hotel for our friends who were renewing their wedding vows after 15years. We wanted something special for them and this proved to be perfect. They were made to feel welcome and very spoilt. The setting of the room with its furnishings and fabulous stand alone bath made it feel very special and romantic. They had a fabulous... More

Parking to this lovely B&B was plentiful. We were led to our superior room which was very large, very clean with excellent facilities. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower room and every luxury you would need. There were him and her bath robes on the bed, a large wall mounted TV and copious amounts of tea, coffee... More

The B&B is easy to find and has plenty of free parking, it is just a 20 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Dover or the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone so idea for a stopover. It's quite a walk into town though, about 30 minutes along a flat, residential road. We only stayed for one night and left before... More
