A very useful and convenient hotel to use for our Convention at Margate Winter Gardens. The staff were always available and interested in what we were doing in Margate as there were several couples staying at the hotel at the same time.

Very good hotel, clean, as you would expect from premier Inn - same at each one I stay in. Very dependable with no surprises. Room overlooking the sea front - window opened to let in fresh air which is good (no air con which I dont like anyway but that is personal preference).

We had 2 rooms booked for Saturday night - attending a family Christening on that day. Check-in is 2pm but that was the time of the Christening and so I phoned up requesting an early checkin, so we could get changed in Margate rather then travel in our suits etc. I was advised that they couldn't guarantee this, as room...

We stayed prior to a spa day in Broadstairs. We arrived at 10.45pm and were greeted by the friendly receptionist. He assured us he would be there all night if we had a problem. The room was spacious, with a large double and a single bed. The window looked out on to the seafront. We took the full English breakfast,...

Lovely clean room. Would stay again. Perfect for summer as Margate beach is opposite the site. Breakfast was lovely, with such a variety, really good for children. Restaurant also has a fun drum play area which was great for the kids and only £3.

Its a Premier Inn and it does what it says on the tin. The building is clean, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spotless. I only stayed one night here while visiting my Daughter, but, I would be quite happy staying for a few more nights. I found the staff to be very helpful...

'Old format' Premier Inn and so a little dated. I stayed when it was very cold outside but the place was warm and comfortable. There is no air-con so summer might be an issue but there was a big fan in the room. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Staff very nice. The attached Brewers Fayre offers pub-meals; I had breakfast...

Rooms a bit hot but otherwise spacious and comfortable, especially the beds! We ate dinner in the restaurant which was fine but can't comment on the breakfasts. Great central location in the town, right by the sea front and close to the station. Lovely staff and a warm welcome.

Best bed in the world!! Excellent breakfast. Enjoyable stay. Will definitely use Premier Inns again. It was a good price as well. Location was great and superb car parking facilities. Friendly staff and super clean except a little mold on the bath silicone and the towel rail starting to rust.
