We chose to get married here primarily as it was a reasonable price compared to a lot of other options. What you get for your money far exceeded expectations. Every single member of staff was so caring and attentive, making sure that every need was met and making jokes with us. Tony was there on the day to ensure everything...

My partner and I stayed at this lovely relaxed hotel in March. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. We had a beautiful room overlooking the seafront, with a very peaceful surrounding. They have some local produce they serve in their restaurant too. I would recommend anyone to go to...

The hotel is very typically seaside - don't expect a town-centre experience. We were upgraded (for a fee) to a seaview 'executive' room which had been recently refurbed, although no one had done any snagging as the finishes left rather a lot to be desired. The bed was fine, the bathroom and shower were good (although the hot water was...

Arrived and parked at the rear of the hotel. Got a place okay as we were early, these soon filled though. There is parking in front of the hotel and in the side streets. Found the reception. First surprise. The area was quite dark and spooky! Quite old fashioned and needing a bit of modernisation. The girl on the desk...

The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help. The room was very clean and cosy and I had a sea view. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order from a selection. The Orangery dining area overlooks the sea and makes for a pleasant start to the morning for breakfast or ideal for a meal or snack in the...

We stayed for one night. We had two rooms - both were unusual lay outs. The first room was at the front with spectacular sea views. We went to open the large wardrobe to find out it was a kitchen! Too much furniture in the room but the bed was clean and comfortable. The second room was smaller but had...

Caremark Thanet have hosted two Open Days at this wonderful venue. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, we cannot fault the venue or their hospitality. We will be contacting them soon to arrange another. Thank you to Abbie and her team, best wishes Jemma Clayton, Business Development Manager

Visited this hotel with our dance group for 2 nights. We had an executive room which was so spacious we could have held our own dance in there! Beds very comfortable. Added bonus of a balcony with French doors which we left open only to be woken by the dawn chorus of seagulls! The staff are very friendly and nothing...
