My boyfriend and I stayed here for three days over the bank holiday weekend - we visited blue water shopping centre, Rochester and Chatham all within a short drive away. The room was spacious and staff were friendly when we arrived. Although near the A2, we couldn't hear the road from our room and it was a quiet area. The...

Nearest premier inn to a function we were attending but offers no facilities including breakfast. Close location to the Elite Venue but the 10 minute walk was down a very dark alley. Other members of our group got a taxi which took 5 minutes and cost £7

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Very convenient for visiting friends and relations in the area. Also handy for Charlton football ground. Leeds castle and Asda. We visit this area about 4 times a year and the hotel is alway very reliable and a good price.

Friendly staff. Usual Premier Inn standards. Room thermostat max was 23 degrees bit disappointing. Well positioned. Adequate car parking. Exterior a little tired. Comfy bed. Would use again. Proper size bath.

Extremely polite and friendly staff, room was lovely and clean. Beds were so comfy and we didn't want to get up! Parking was no problem and very easy to find. No breakfast facilities at the hotel but there is western Brooke next door or lens cafe 5 mins up the road which was lovely.

To keep this brief. Check in services are very effcient and fast. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent with well made up rooms and beds. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Paula on desk went out her way to print off directions for buses into Bluewater the next day for myself. Ordering taxis no problem. Location is great...

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting family & doing some Christmas shopping. The venue itself doesn't have a pub/restaurant attached to it like most PI's do, but there is a pub opposite that offers breakfast at a reasonable rate. Plenty of parking, but if like me you need a disabled bay, be warned they don't have the DDA compliant...
