Unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations, website photos were misleading as the room we stayed in (Barley) had no windows, therefore no views. Bathroom was small as was the shower. The shower water was cold and took a long time to warm up, (owner explained was tempermental) toilet would not flush properly. Grounds outside the property were in a...

Me and my partner stayed here on Saturday night and it was perfect. We wanted a little time away before our baby is born. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere yet close to things. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again. Also breakfast in the morning was very tasty. Highly recommended

Rooms were great, we had the luxury of two rooms, the first was a bit on the "compact" side but clean and comfortable, the second was a Garden room, this room had a touch of a luxury, large and airy with views over the fields that where full of sheep, it was a total relaxing pleasurable stay. Breakfast was amazing,...

I was in one of those room in the corridor, next to the main entrance. Small but clean. The bed was comfy. Not a lot of light due to the small windows. The bathroom is really small too; shower not powerful. I was disappointed. Too bad that I could hear the trains.. The garden is actually really nice, might be...
